My coworker and I had our makeup done for a special event recently. Marissa and Frankee are amazing! My coworker and I both lean toward the natural look and these two artists made our skin shine and our eyes pop! I was getting compliments all day!
As a sensitive skin girlie, ingredients are always a concern to me. Marissa described all of the products in poetic detail and used formulas that play nice with my skin type. I knew then I was in good hands and could relax before my big day ahead. She gave me tips on application and colors schemes that work with my skin tone.
There was no pressure to purchase, but the next day I had to back for the beautiful eye combination Marissa used. I’m hooked! Frankee was there to assist me with my purchase and again, was ever so kind and helpful.

I've used MAC for years and came here for lash application for a special occasion, since I struggle myself, and Jessica did a fantastic job and was so patient and kind. I was in and out in 15 min. Thanks so much. Highly recommend Jessica!

Terrible customer service. Honestly so shocked at the lack of courtesy and respect. Came in today, Saturday 7/6 around 1pm with my sister. There were 2 girls working, didn’t get their names. We were in a hurry, my sister just needed to buy 1 lip liner. Went to the register to check out, one of the girls behind the counter asks my sister for the email associated with account. My sister says she doesn’t have an email, and that she would just like to buy the lip liner. She proceeds to hand my sister a sheet of paper to write her email, and tells her “I’ll be right back” and then goes to help another lady who just walked into the store?! We stood there so confused, waiting for her to come back so we could buy the lip liner and she didn’t, she starts putting makeup on the other woman like she wasn’t just talking to us?! Literally treated us like we were invisible. The other girl at the register went into the back room, and when she came back out we tried to tell her we were in a hurry and she cuts us off saying “I’m on my break” in a rude way then hurries to the back room to avoid talking to us any further. She also had food in her mouth behind the register and was chewing as she walked away. You guys can check your video cameras too, to see the interaction. We ended up leaving the store, and the girl didn’t even look at us as we left. I understand that sometimes stores are understaffed, but that was beyond terrible customer service. It would have taken her 30 seconds to check us out. Management, train your employees. We will not return to this location. You’re better off going to the MAC counter at Nordstrom or to Sephora where they know a thing or two about customer service.

Super short staff which is horrible just to try to start a return took 20 mins then for them to tell me they can’t do the return because I lost the receipt but yet they have my email on file and I showed them my bank statement and card info and they didn’t want to help I believe due to being only one rep in store because everyone was on their lunch so basically while she goes to the back to get makeup they leave the store unattended today is 5/31/2024 around 7:30-8pm look at your camera’s administration

Omgeeee the Customer Service from this young lady was absolutely awesome. She mentioned that it was her last week and she would be going to another store. It's was busy with about three other customers when I walked in. After having a bad experience at another Mac store I decided to travel to this location. The way she handled all of us acknowledging us while help each of us out was amazing. Like she had super powers in multitasking. That's is what customer service is all about Go girl Go girl. She reminds me of myself when I used to call myself a customer service specialist. I've went to Mac at Cerritos a few weeks ago and still can't forget the attentive customer service I've received. Special thanks to Frankie she was very kind, helpful and attentive. We talked about burlesque and she helped me find the shade beet In their Mac lip liner that I've been looking for a while now. Thank you so much I'd definitely come again.

I came into the store no one welcome me or will try to help. I was trying to buy three mascaras and there's nobody at the register. I was told to wait. That's a wrong answer for me if I want to buy, there should always so want the register ready to cash out. Too bad I left place gets one star.

I always have a good experience at this store. Whether I'm purchasing something or coming in just to ask for a sample of a new product, I always feel welcomed at this location. Frankie, the assistant manager assisted me and she was very sweet and welcoming. This location has a nice layout as well. All the new products will always be featured at the front, which is what I usually come in for to swatch, etc. Love the Cerritos store!! Thanks Frankie

MAC cosmetics workers are always terrible. They all have the attitude that they're better than everyone else for some reason. Maybe it's because they hide behind that thick mask. One girl working today on one customer for a good 20 minutes at the cash register. I asked her if anyone else was working and she said it's only her and I could come back later. Well isn't that a nice suggestion. COME BACK LATER LOL. I waited at the register and another girl came out. She decided to help a mother and daughter next to me and ignore me. Then after they finished another mother daughter walked up and she decided to ignore me again. The service here and the attitude is TERRIBLE.
