The place was clean and not too noisy because there is not the crowd of the old days. The food court was only maybe 25% full. It was a bad weather day so I expected it to have more customers. The only store that was busy was the Apple Store. The other store had maybe 3 - 4 people. There were not a lot of the loud young kids like the old days. The mall was pretty quiet I'm guessing it's not the hang out anymore. They had a number of vacancies all through the mall, including the food court the stores I think the only thing that was the only thing that was full was the kiosk in the middle .. There where a lot of sales. If you like my reviews follow me.

One of our favorite malls! They have a decent selection of shops -- from the Apple Store to Michael Kors. There's also usually an event being held at a certain area in the mall which is nice. A lot of stores have been removed, however, but there are still a lot of popular ones. The place is really spacious so there's room to walk and not worry about bumping into people. I also liked how it was clean and quite organized. The prices were not too crazy and the stores are very affordable. Everyone is very nice and the employees at the shops we went to were accommodating. We love coming here!

Service was horrible from manager Joanna. I asked to speak to the manager and told her I was promised a price adjustment from previous week of purchasing clothes. When I returned she said she wouldn't do it. I spent about $1000 and the price adjust was about $40. She said sales rep made a mistake. Really? The sales rep told me after the fact it's 10 days and the mgr said 30 days. I am here with proof of purchase and end spent another $250 plus on a jacket. Before leaving I asked for the district mgr's info and grudgingly gave me her name "Christina" left message and zero replay. I will continue to drive out to Orange Cty where the service is miles better than Cerritos.

Always come to this mall when I'm in the area just to check out Nordstrom's and Zara's. Otherwise, I'm not really into this stores or selections they have. They have good values though of stores that are feasible! They have decent service, so that makes it good. I just feel they can add better selections and styles to the mall. You walk through here pretty fast because it's not a lot of stores that I typically go in. They have good eateries though and movie theatre here. They have California Pizza Kitchen, P.F. Chang's, and Cheesecake Factory. Those are pretty popular here And does get a lot of Business. Overall, it's just ok nothing to special or will often come. They use to have Morphe Cosmetics, which I loved but they closed down. I hope they add more stores to make it a better experience. The Zara is decent and the Nordstrom's have good deals. Easy parking all over the mall to! And only one level ! -Marshay D.

I have been coming to this mall for years and it's only gotten better. I now have mobility issues and use a scooter, most of the entrances have push button door opener for handicap and am hoping they all will soon (the mall entrance by Harkin Theater/Cheesecake Factory still doesn't. That said, the entire crew of this mall are always so attentive, from the janitorial staff to the security guards, I'm grateful for all their help, especially on my visit today (12/28/23) my mom only had her walker as we were only going to eat and leave, not go into the mall but my mom wanted to see some stuff so my sister and I didn't know how to take her around, I called to ask if they had wheelchairs for rent and the security guard not only told me I can certainly use one but they even brought one to where we were, they were incredibly kind and helpful...thank you so much. Mom got to see some things and we went around the mall for some great sales.

Nice mall to shop at. The mall was renovated not too long ago. I love the stores they have here.

Los Cerritos is a good place to shop or walk around. Me and my husband usually go here to do our walks. They have a lot of store selections and food center is ok too.

Nice place to visit inside like a mall. Just wish they had keep bathrooms bit more cleaner. Gets fairly crowded to shop. Your best bet is try to go on weekdays if able for a better experience. I went to hang out for a few things with a close friend. Good to see a comfortable layout though.

My 2nd time here in a week. It's the best mall we have near Long Beach besides Lakewood mall, and downtown Long Beach outdoor mall and Lakewood hanger mall. It's the most designer ish mall. It's a chill mall. Very good air flow flowing through. Many new restaurants here but the best store here is Nordstroms other than Apple and Zara, there is a nice movie theater.

Love coming here! So many different stores and shops to go to and even a food court! The food court has a large variety of different businesses and all the food is really good. They have lots of clothing stores and jewelry and makeup stores as well. They have several small food businesses located throughout as well. They even have a movie theatre! Great mall and place to visit and shop! By far my favorite mall!

2nd time coming to this mall. Excellent place to spend a few hours walking around, window shopping lol, and grabbing a bite in their food court.Also, just found out that there is a movie theater here too. I got to walk the whole mall and found it. The mall was busy, but not crowded. On a Saturday afternoon (Around 5:30 pm), there was still a few parking spots left.I'm assuming everyone is at the beach. But we really liked this mall, even though it's about a 45 minute drive for us.

Poor layout, and they have a bunch of young kids working there who have zero customer service or common sense. If you want to experience incompetence by the barrel go here, otherwise save yourself gas and time and go elsewhere.

I miss going to the place on break! Occasionally I would buy, now that I visited there this past Saturday, I deserved to visit again after several years! Hope I get to visit there again soon! They had new stores, so many still there. I wish I ran into someone I used to know while visiting.

I can't believe you are charging $10 for people to park in the rows closest to the entrance. As the rows sit open (because no one wants to pay for parking) I wonder how many customers you are loosing who like me will take their business elsewhere.

Mall has made parking significantly more difficult by blocking off prime parking areas, requiring $10 to park in these areas. It is not a valet service. Just a $10 charge to park!
