I went in on the 22nd to buy a customized hat and the guy at the front with blonde long hair helped me out. It took 30min to customize and it came out good but he never gave me a bag for the hat. When I came back today the 24th to exchange it because it was too big on my boyfriend the same guy that helped me the first time I came said he wouldn’t exchange it due to it being “in bad condition and not taken care of” claiming he never sold it to me since “he would never sale anyone a hat in that condition”. I explained to him I have the receipt that he gave me and it has only been two days and that is how he gave it to me with no bag. He explained in a rude way that he didn’t sale it and I would have to go to a different lids. Learn to train your employee’s because you have ignorant people working there.

I was In there March 24 it Was a Friday I believe I was waiting in line patienlty as the Indian guy was ringing as the line got bigger there were two people at the embroidery machine they looked at the register and instead of helping him they turned there back on him so he called one of them and then still didn't come. moments later as I'm approaching the register the lady comes and rings up a customer that's getting embroidery. I felt so bad for the indian is like no one wanted to help him. where's the teamwork ?

EVERYONE THAT WORKS AT LIDS SUCK! Every employee is rude and they can care less if you're trying to patronize the establishment. Do not shop here EVER and I mean any location!! Wish they had a zero stars option! Seems as though they only hire incompetent imbeciles

Overall good place to shop at, the workers are very welcoming. I came during a busy hour and they managed to acknowledge and help out everyone at this location, for sure will be returning.

Terrible customer service. I stood there for a while and no one asked if I needed help. When I finally asked for help myself the people working there were acting as if I was bothering them or inconveniencing them. Two different employees did this. I ended up going to a different sports store and purchased three hats (over $100 sale) I've worked in retail and I am very empathetic towards retail workers. This was honestly just bulls*it. Completely unacceptable behavior for anyone working in any kind of customer service/retail setting.

Went in to get a gift card they don't sell any the young lady said but she wasn't friendly about it, she just nodded and said "no". Then the next day I looked online I didn't know you can get them online gift certificate. I needed it that night as a birthday gift.They need better sales people at that store not ones that stand around and do anything they don't seem to want to work, these young people don't care about their jobs obviously.. and don't care about making sales for the store.

Customer service was pretty bad. Walked in yesterday on a slow Monday and was literally the only one in the store. Was looking around for a good 15 minutes while the 3 employees just stood around conversing amongst themselves. When I finally did inquire into what they had in their inventory, the girl at the register rolled her eyes and proceeded to go in the back to check, leaving me waiting for another 10 minutes without coming out. Walked out of the store by then.
