I had a BAD experience with a dark small OLD RUDE MALE at the front desk. this guy is SO RUDE he didn't know how to greet and smile. he doesn't know how to show a good PR for the customer. ha ask you without any loving voice just to give a good vibes but NOTHING!!! this guys looks like he had a monthly period so just try to avoid this guy so it won't ruin your day.Many people have complained about your name MANONG GILBERT, why are you still there? You should NOT be at the front desk, you should be in the wear house so you don't ruin someone else's day.YOU ARE UGLY YOU CAN STILL FROWN…… BWISET ?

I've been sending my boxes to the Philippines through them. So far, they arrive with no issues. One thing, I don't like is that nobody ever answer their phone. I had to personally go there to schedule a pick up. Last time, I scheduled an afternoon pick up because I have an appt in the morning. The driver came in the morning. Good thing I was still at home. I hope I see some improvements on their service in the future.

Super frustrating this branch, I always booked pick up package for air-cargo and sea cargo. This is so frustrating na mag book ka tapos d darating yung mag pick up no call at all i tried to call them 3x na wala pa din wala na kong nagawa the whole day kaka intay sa kanila. Pero pag ako ung na late dahil d sila dumadating on time for pick up they will never wait for you even 1 -5 mins. Cerritos branch wag kayong ganyan we are all customers and you should treat us nice nagbabayad kami ng tama.

VERY RUDE front staff the old guy and lady dont have any manners whatsoever. Never picks up the phone and unproffessional. They should replace or re-train the staff if they want to have a better reputation as a business. Better off sending at the eagle rock location than on this one 100% way better experience over there.
