***STAY VERY FAR AWAY***Kevin Jewelers does not stand behind there products and services. I have take my wedding ring back three times for repairs. The first two times they repaired at no cost, and the third time the ring was sent offsite and they are attempting to charge me. They have kept my ring for several months and customer service will not return an email of phone call.

I walked into Kevin Jewelers looking for a wedding ring for my fiancé. We were helped by Raquel and she was very pleasant. She showed us a few rings we liked and had in mind. We didn’t plan on buying a ring but we ended up purchasing one because they were having a sale for Black Friday and the ring is actually what we were looking for. We chose a two tone ring with white gold and yellow gold. We have a few weeks until we can pick it up but we are so happy and excited!

They are crooks i will never shop nor recommend. First they sold a watch that was not closing properly, i came back right away instead fixing they broke it and told me come back to see jeweller when i came back third time jeweller blame me for it. When i show them evidence and employ confirm that she broke it i was told to exchange will take 3 week or i can shop a different watch. After they showed me my options and i agreed upon they suddenly changed story again that the discount that they have in initial purchase is not available anymore and make me pay 102 dollars more. This is very bad customer service and un ethical.
