I had a wonderful experience at Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos all due to the exceptional customer service provided by Mina Rezk. When I took my 2016 Range Rover in due to the check engine light coming on 2 hours after I had just got the vehicle from a private mechanic that did over $3,000 worth of work on the car. Since that was the second time the check engine light came on after picking up from the private mechanic I felt like it was time to take it to an actual dealer and have them take care of the issue. As soon as I got to Jaguar Land Rover Cerritos I was welcomed by Mina with a pleasant and understanding attitude. I explained to him everything that has happened with the vehicle and all the repairs that have recently been done. He advised that they would look over the vehicle to see why the check engine light came on and then provide a full report to me with the recommendations and the pricing. About a day or 2 later I received the recommendations along with the estimate and I was surprised by the cost because I was expecting it to be a lot more than what it turned out to be. My car was only in the shop for a week and everything was addressed on the vehicle that needed to be addressed. When I tell you Mina really took care of me you better believe it. I'll definitely be coming back to this dealership to receive the excellent service from Mina Rezk.

I had a great experience working with Steve in service. even upon arriving, Steve could smell coolant and knew I had an additional issue before I even could tell him what the car was telling me about the issue. I felt immediately that they knew exactly what they were doing and that I could trust them to take good care of my vehicle and address any issues that I was having. I was continually communicated with while my vehicle was in service and my vehicle was. I also needed a loaner vehicle which they provided and that process was quick and seamless as well.

Used car sales people were not co-operative at all, I would give them “0” stars. Originally the price appraised was targeted for $27,000 and then they came back with only $25,000. :( This dealership play games and I would not trust their words unless it is in writing.Ahmad was nice and tried to get us a good deal on the new car. I would give Ahmad more stars but because they did not keep their words.

My 2018 Jaguar XE seemed to be great until my warranty was up. July 2023 I took it in for service for my left rear blinker and a mysterious sound after shutting off my car. I took it in to be fixed and $6k dollars later I received my car back 3 weeks later. Upon getting it back, within an hour it didn’t start. I shamed them into giving me a new battery. Then 1 week later my coolant light came on and after inspection it costs a total of 10k. Then over the past 2 weeks I started hearing the same sound again after shutting my car off. I took it back in. The service person told me it would costs another $2500, but it would not fix the piercing sound because they couldn’t figure that out. The $2500 was for a wiper blade and flushing of the fluids. I told them to give me my car back. I’m done with Jaguars.

Zero communication or answer from service advisor after car was left. Staff at dropoff was surprisingly condescending and rude. Waste of time here, do not recommend. Choose a different dealership for service.

Service is great.My Velar is due for its first routine maintenance service.Steven L is very helpful and informative.He checked for any recalls and was able to get my door handle mechanism replaced under warranty.Place is very clean and waiting area had free beverage or coffee.

Excellent communication throughout the process of fixing my beloved Defender. Warranty liability was never debated (rightly so), and the overall experience was great—good people and location. Thanks especially to Glenn in service and Juan & team in Spare and accessory sales, who are excellent in every way.

Took my Range Rover Sport V6 for an oil/filter change and greeted by service advisor, Mina. I presented a copy of the special offer which clearly indicates $235.98 + tax for Lube/Oil/Filter. He immediately said the offer only applies to a smaller vehicle and it would be a special deal price of $499 for my vehicle (regular price $699). I told Mina that the coupon that I printed from Land Rover Cerritos does not state anything about the price differential based on car size and the offer Disclaimer only states present the coupon at time of write up and not be combined with any other coupon. Mina then stated that I am free to go to another dealership. I replied, you just wasted my time this morning and this sounds like "bait and switch". Then Mina said, I will do it for $399. OMG!!Long story short, after displaying condescending attitude and tone he said he will honor the special offer just to make me happy. (I just called the Cerritos Land Rover service dept and verified that the special offer is good for my Range Rover Sport). As I was paying the invoice, I told Mina that he made my visit to LR Cerritos very unpleasant and I will most likely not return for future service needs. The scam he tried to pull was very evident and asked whether it was a direction from the Management or his own - He did not respond. I just browsed through other "one start" rating reviews on LR Cerritos - 95% of the single star was related to the service dept. Further Mina is mentioned repeatedly on customer's bad experiences. Here are some examples:*"Once again Land Rover Cerritos has done it. Such a bad and condescending attitude from service advisor Mina, this guy talks to clients like if he's doing us a favor. He forgets he only job is "custom service" don't like this guys at all. He's rude and disrespectful".*"Called every couple of days talked to Raven & leaving messages to Art Hernandez & Mina with no response for 2 months". *"The second middle eastern man continued to cut me off, as if the other guy told Him the reason I was calling and he already knew it was a trouble car and not something they can make money or idk what the issue was but he was rude, cut me off every-time I said something, and was very sarcastic".*"upon being greeted, was racially profiled after I said my name and he misheard me". (Mina also greeted me by saying, you are the third exact same Asian last name customer that I took care of this morning??? I arrived at 8:30am and was the only vehicle waiting).*"Very disappointed to see how Land Rover Cerritos now operates their luxury car business. Lack of professionalism with an attitude. Glad I will no longer being doing business with you!"*"I was and I bought my vehicle from them but if they do not want my money I'll go to Newport and get my vehicle serviced I got a very brief brief apology and sent on my way! After spending thousands of dollars I felt like a number not a valued customer being treated like shit is what you get in their service department my business is officially going elsewhere I refuse to be treated like dirt and disrespected"

Inconsistent and unreliable in contact through email and text. It's like they won't help you unless you are there in person. I was ready to purchase and asked for them to verify a few spots to let me know if there were any dings and they sent me a video a week later that I couldn't watch and ignored the ask to look at specific spots on the car that I screenshotted and circled. Five minutes of work max. I got the default automated email from the manager checking in and I made the same ask of him. I'm still waiting...I was ready to buy but now so sure that's the type of service that reflects trust or bodes well.

I highly recommend this dealership! I had the most wonderful time buying my Jaguar I-Pace from here! Hazel was amazing and explained every detail of the car and answered all my questions. Nima was very thorough as he went through the finances and contract. Mark and another finance manager (forgot his name, sorry!) were very welcoming and worked with me to get the car in a timely manner. Overall, amazing guest satisfaction! Thank you all! Super excited!

After buying 8 Rx350 since 1995, I walked out of the dealership yesterday when I got a cold reception from Lexus Cerritos.I drove over the Jaguar Cerritos and Miss Lin was out there with a great smile and waving to welcome us in. I told my friend, I will buy from this young, very pleasant woman. I was talked into buying the same day instead of waiting till January. What a great team of sales people from the beginningto the end. ?

Our first experience owning a Range Rover has been extremely pleasant due in no small part to Amish Patel and the personnel at JLR Cerritos. Buying from this dealership has helped to change my opinion on car salespeople and dealerships in general. In the past I would NEVER bring a vehicle I owned to a dealer for service; now I wouldn't have it any other way.

Steven Gerald lamber was my service advisor and while every service advisor in the industry tries to annoyingly upsell things not needed, he kept it to a minimum. Thats one of the main reasons i hate going to the dealerships. He was also super friendly and nice and the dealership itself is leaps and bounds better than puente hills when it comes to service and cost.

I had the best experience purchasing my new Defender from JLR Cerritos! The dealership itself is gorgeous and modern. They also had great music playing which made it fun! Our Sales Associate was super friendly and knowledgeable. He really took his time with us answering all of our questions, facilitating the test drive, and working out a great deal for us. We felt very welcomed and it was a non- pressure environment. The GM came and introduced himself. He was very kind, willing to work with us, and professional. I am so happy we chose JLR Cerritos and I would recommend anyone interested in a new car to pay them a visit. They will take great care of you!

Amazing team!Having purchased and serviced many cars over my lifetime, I consider myself an expert in customer service.I will have to tell you that Carlos N., and the Sales Manager/General Manager, Mike, are amazing!The purpose of our visit to the dealership was to sell our Range Rover Envoque and we were greeted by Carlos. My first impression was a true professional that knows how to treat a customer. Great personality and a good soul!It was Carlos that introduced us to Mike. Mike went above and beyond because his used car buyer was out today but Mike walked and inspected the car with Carlos. He broke down his evaluation/inspection of the car and stated that he is having his service team review the check engine light that just came on, to confirm the issue.They did this at no cost to us, greatly appreciated!Mike the Manager is a great leader that knows how to treat clients. He set the tone for the experience. Yes, experience! He provided us with a great client e perience which proves that they CARE!I highly recommend them!
