Nothing good to say, I started the process to obtain a loan, they asked me to pay for the house inspection, I sent a large number of documents, Ulloa's assistant was inefficient, oh she didn't answer my calls, oh she responded very late, in the end the loan was not approved and They gave me NO explanation. Waste of time and money.

My husband and I finally decided it was time to buy a home. We did so at the start of the pandemic everyone thought we were crazy. We reached out to ICore Lending and met with Realtor Lucia Ulloa. She was very knowledgeable and informative and walked us through every step. She talked about location and what we could afford and got to work on finding us our forever home. Lucia made sure to show us a lot of homes and encourage us not to rush into anything unless we both loved the home. I felt like we submitted lots of offers and we were starting to get discouraged but she reassured us she would find us our forever home. We started this process in late March 2020 and June 2020 My husband and I purchased our forever home. The staff at ICore Lending from the receptionist to the President are so welcoming and professional. The President even took time from her busy day to congratulate us on our purchase as we met with the loan officer. They really made us feel valued as a customer.
