Stopped by the store today to pickup a few percussion items, cables ,and strings. Staff was extremely helpful and store was clean and organized.

Ulysses was able to fix both my guitars very thoroughly and quickly.
Very personable and approachable I asked him a lot of dumb questions and he patiently answered them so showing me some step by step examples.

I go here often and buy many stuff, but today my wife went with our 3yr old son. My son wanted to play a drum set, the guy who worked around 6:30-7:30 at drum part stared my son so bad for nothing. my wife felt very uncomfortable. we bought our son a drum kit even a year ago. You guys need educate your staffs

Great service and good prices. Brian was great here and answered all my questions on certain guitars. I ordered a guitar and had it shipped to the store. The ordering process was very easy.
It arrived a day earlier than expected to boot! Thanks Brian and Guitar Center staff!!

Out of all the So Cal Guitar Centers this one is the absolute worst. They just don't care. I just called to check on some strings. The first time it rang 20 times, they picked up, then put me on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back and rang 60 times before I gave up. The service in the store is no better.

Great store with great service!
Can’t beat the customer experience where workers like Ulysses and Miguel care about their customers. Always informative and helpful, I can appreciate coming here for my music needs.
Although there was an issue with a sale item being stocked (it was in the back and nobody found it except me), not too much to complain about for this Guitar center.
