If you don't mind your glasses coming from overseas, via ROW-BOAT then this is the place to waste your money.One point to note, looking up the company address online shows this place as a "home goods store". Also, after reviewing my receipt, they don't charge sales tax but yet located in CA. Do your research!

I ordered two pairs of progressive lenses and both were delivered to me and both were blurry. Goggle4u makes good basic lenses but their progressive lenses are terrible and poorly made.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company, if you want to receive your product and not being lies to everytime you inquires a status of your order. I ordered a pair of glasses for over 30 days but still not received my glasses. EXTREMELY BAD BUSINESS.

They truly suck. I clicked the 10-12 days delivery button (clearly one of 2 options), after 14 days i called & they said the fine peint somewhere says 14-21 days. Even the email saying my order is complete said it will take 10 to 12 days. I still dont have a tracking for my order and im on day 20. It’s just not worth it considering the quality and this hassle. Much better online services out there.

I’m not a huge review writer but felt it necessary and hopefully will save you the headache I’ve had.I originally purchased a pair back in December, this pair lasted 3 weeks occasional wearing before the frame randomly snapping while wearing, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and purchased a second, different set.This set arrived today, marked and damaged, however for you to return them you have to pay!!!And onto of that they expect a cameras to be able to see the marks on a clear lens!Avoid at all costs and go into a high street shop!

First sent me a pair of progressives that were terrible and would not refund me and told me that I have to get a replacement. So I ordered sunglasses even though they were 50 dollars cheaper they would not give me the difference. Then when I receive the glasses they were clear lenses. Terrible product and terrible customer service. Not the hassle free return policy they advertise on their website.

Is I could give zero I would. They took my money then said order was complete. I still haven't recieved anything. When I told them I was reporting them to my bank and bbb they refunded 4 dollars. Don't waste your time or money this company is a SCAM!!!!

I received my first order after waiting at least 3 weeks. Perscription was wrong and I was told to take a picture and send it to them, so that they can verify! The stupidest thing I've ever heard! ? ?......the frame was crooked and dollar store glasses are better quality than these! Then I was told I have to pay for return, which cost a significant portion of the return because they were so cheap! I sent them back and I have a tracking number, if there's an issue with my return, I'll be contacting my bank! Gotta be foreign owend & just based in the USA. STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS AND CAUSE MORE DAMAGE FOR YOUR EYECARE!!!

I have been a loyal customer for 15 or more years, I was always happy with the quality of the product and the value. I think the selection has gone down recently, the price has gone up and the customer service is truly awful! I ordered a pair of RX glasses, yes I found a coupon so I did not pay this price, but the listed price was 50 Dollars higher then the retail price at the eye doctors office!When I finally got my glasses the quality was acceptable, but not up to the last few pairs I have ordered.My largest issue, and the main reason I dropped the star rating and probably will not shop here again. It took 32 days between ordering / paying for my glasses and receiving my glasses.If you are willing to hunt around for a coupon and willing to wait a month for your glasses, this place is acceptable. There are other places with prices as good on line that will get you your purchase faster.

If I could give no stars I woukd. Appalling service. And now they will not respond to my emails. As you can see in the photos identical pair of glasses but the glasses on the left the varifocal lens is so thick it doesn't even sit in the frame. And trying to where them is impossible as the left lens is so heavy they do not sit properly on my nose.. I forwarded the pictures to googles4u with a polite email asking why and if they could please respond. that was last week ago .!! I have had no replies at all. I sent a further 2 emails just asking somebody to communicate with me but no response....So I'm sorry to say I'm a £170.00 out of pocket I have glasses that are not fit for purpose. And I have a company that can't be bothered to respond. Appalling company appalling customer service.I do not recommend.....

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Sent me a pair of sunglasses with a huge flaw on the frames and then wanted me pay return shipping to get a refund. I paid shipping to receive them, you send me damaged frames and you want me to pay for shipping again?? What planet do these clowns live on?! I ended up opening a case with my credit card and got my money back. Don't waste your time with this company, there are much better online retailers like Firmoo and Zenni.

ever since I found out about this company i been a loyal customer. I wear progressive far sided glasses so its extremely difficult to find the right pair. it's always a very narrow selection, and it takes weeks to get them since my astigmatism. made them thick. here they have a huge selection great prices fast shipping and exelent quality if you haven't tryied it you should

I have used this company for years and the first time I have a problem with the lenses not being what I ordered i.e. photoreactive experience some of the WORST customer service ever received. Agents that lie about putting you through to a manager, apparently have no complaints department or complaints process. DONT USE THEM AS OF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEY WONT HELP

My first order took a long time to come and wasn't correct but they corrected my order with no hesitation and I must say they did a awesome job. I love my new glasses. I want to say thank you so much.
