I love coming to this GameStop! Everyone is always so friendly here and I loveee the plushie corner! It's so cute and it's my favorite part of the store. :)

Terrible customer service. I came to this store with a return label to request an exchange/refund on some items that I purchased online, but they refused to process my request within the return/exchange period. I was referred to contact customer service, only to realize that I was provided with the wrong phone number to continue processing my request. I contacted customer service on two separate occasions AND visited a different GameStop store that was willing to initiate the return/exchange, but the people at this store failed to inform me about the recent changes to the return policy. If the people at this store did not give me the runaround about my visit in the first place, I would not be in this situation where I can no longer process my return/exchange since I am now considered to be outside the return/exchange period. Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I will never consider doing business with this particular store in the future because of this incident.

I collect a lot of Funko items and this place is really great for that, whenever I come in they always have so much stuff I’m looking for and the staff are really nice!

I think this location is closing down soon. The walls felt almost empty and the inventory was small. It's crazy because I used to live down the street from here and it used to be full of energy. I would walk here often and always seen plenty of people coming in and out. Almost felt like a ghost town now.Still has a decent amount of games for each console, but nowhere near like other lively gamestop locations

Called twice to make sure I had the correct information for the early release of Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. I was told the preorders ended at 8 and I get to the store(before 8) and was told that the preorders ended hours ago. Get your facts straight for a worldwide release and make sure your employees are on the same page. Really frustrating.

Operation hours on the door do not reflect actual open hours. They are closed on Thursdays but that's not what it states on their hours. Additionally, there was a "back in 10 minutes" handwritten sign posted in the window. After waiting 20 mins I left.

Honestly horrible service. I bought robux a few days ago and they didn't have 20 dollar robux. So, I got it on a recipt. I tried for 2 hours to put in the code. It did not work. This happened to me last time when I got robux. They just said "Just contact roblox." So I did. They didn't do anything about it. I just spend 40 dollars worth of nothing. I don't recommend going there. I thought there service was going to be better but no.

Got here at 11am this morning employee said they will be opening late until 12 got back around 5:00pm closed again...hours are not accurate and employees don't care to even come to the door to say they're closed or answer the phone although they're all inside just messing around

Was playing my Nba 2k22 today which I havent played in a while and realized I have had my PS 5 ever since it came out and have only 1 game and thought maybe I should try another game!!! Called the store and spoke to a young filipino employee which was very knowledgeable about so many different games and gave me an amazing breakdown on genres and even had a great idea about my questions like regarding Final fantasy. He told me about RPG games and told me about upcoming games so i felt he can answer more questions regarding a choice of games I can pick up today. When i arrived i brought about 12 preowned games and he picked about 8 older games I had and offered me $38 store credit and got me to upgrade me membership and told me about this $5 store gc i can get every month and use it for my ps5 vc. So I ended up upgrading it since he made sense of upgrading for only $15 and i get more for my trade in and also get free 5 gift card every month so it made sense. I ended up getting this game he suggested which is Elden Ring.
