DO NOT SHOP HERE. RIDICULOUS STORE POLICY. Fitting rooms are closed. They won’t even let you try anything over your clothes. They don’t accept returns either just store credit so they can keep your money. I really liked some jeans and I didn’t know what size would fit so i asked if I could try on over to at least get an idea if it would fit and I was told that I couldn’t. I asked to speak to the manager to see if she could make an exception and her sorry excuse was that they closed fitting rooms and don’t let people try on because then “too many” people would want to try on then it would get too busy. Excuse me? People want to try on something before they buy to make sure it fits. If you don’t want to hire more staff or work more in order to do go backs and what not then adjust your store policy to be able to return unworn merchandise. No matter how much I loved the jeans I refuse to leave my money at such an ignorant and ridiculous place so i left the pants and walked out.

Those who serve are very unfriendly. THEY DON'T LET THEY TRY ON THE CLOTHES. THEY LOSE clientele like this. They should have a better way, but they don't care

I went in bc I seen a dress on a mannequin that I liked and I was trying to find it in the store I asked the employee she said the one on the mannequin was the last one, she told me it’s a size small. I asked if I can try it on she went to go ask her manager and the manager said I can try it on tmw and started laughing ??? why are they advertising a dress when they won’t let you buy it and it’s the last one ? so d***

While browsing through the clothing section, I saw a dress I liked, I went to the fitting room to try it on, but the store posted sign “ Fitting Room is closed”, I asked one of their employees, What is the store return policy, She replied “ For dresses, are Final Sale”, “ No return “, therefore, No Fitting Room to try on, No Return, thus, I stand in front of mirror with the dress to see how does it fits me, I took the dress off the hanger to see how it fits with me without the hanger, the employees “which I filed complaint against” came and said no try, so, I put the dress right next to her with other clothes and dresses, that employees told me to PUT THE DRESS BACK ON THE HANGER AND PUT IT BACK TO THE RACK HANGER, I am so shocked, because how the store employee told/give command to customer to do the store employees jobs, so I decided to leave the store, However, as I walking out the store, that employee present at the time proceeded to scold me for my actions, calling me "rude" and implying that I had somehow inconvenienced her.

Please do not shop here. Save your money and go elsewhere. Purchased a sweater on 12/15/21 and went back on 12/31 to exchange for a larger size. The manager said 14 days from purchase date. I was like it's been 16 days since purchased with Christmas and all can you make an exception. She said "No" it's marked on the receipt. The Asian woman really should be a little nicer. Under normal circumstances I would understand but it’s holiday season. SMH. Hope karma gets you

Great selection of clothes for affordable price but you are not allowed to try on clothes. Their fitting rooms are still closed since COVID started. I understand each business has the right to their own rules but you should definitely take a shoppers advice, You will sell wayyy more if you were to allow us to use your fitting rooms. I just left 6 pairs of jeans behind (priced at $25 each) because I wasnt able to try them on ( I’m in between sizes)

If I could give it zero stars I would. I went up to the register and once she told me the total ($67 for 4 cheap AliExpress items) I said No, I can't afford that so I'll put them back (politely) she then tells me (and begins to somehow barely speak English) that all sales are final and I said "I'm not buying these clothes" to which she replied "no returns you get gift card then" (which was basically just her writing on some paper). I called my bank, explained-disputed it. Then I see today they went back and took the money therefore leaving me no option but reporting all the documentation and video recording of the audio my phone thankfully caught while in my purse. Contacting the BBB as well as the malls manager that they are scamming people. It's not okay to steal and give a fake gift card to let Alone me, but anyone. HORRIBLE PEOPLE WHO MORE THAN LIKELY SAVE CREDIT CARD INFO AND IT ACTUALLY JS THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE COUNTER PULLING SCAMS. The women there are not honest people-just save yourself the time and walk right past this junkyard of a "business"

Could not try on clothes because the dressing room was closed (with 4 employees in a 1500 sqft store) but all the clothes are final sale... wtf not good business... I now have 2 dresses that are the cheapest materials ever that don't fit that I cannot return. T.P. Would make better clothes than this s*** hole sales. Your clothes are s***

Absolutely terrible you can't try on anything and these stores always give you issues on your unused return with tags and all. Don't patronize any of these Fashion Qs you're better off elsewhere. Not to mention their prices are higher than Macy or Jcp, Q or fashion q is all low quality. ?Go to Rainbow clothing stores instead.

Absolutely horrible, the sizes are farrr off, and the clothes are poor quality. the dressing room are closed which is understandable due to covid. So we asked a worker if we can buy and return if it doesn't fit and she said yes 3 times. Came back to return and they said they had a no return policy kept offeringstore credit/exchange but based off quality did not want to shop here at all. The manager came over and started yelling, she would randomly switch to another language. As someone who speaks 3 languages I understand speaking in a 2nd language can be difficult but in this context I felt like she was cursing at me. Veryyy unprofessional
