Manager Jonathan was on the ball even though the powers that be didnt deliver the van I needed. He put us in an Expedition that equally fit our needsWill definitely keep using this location for their customer service and ability to make things happen even when not all things fallen into place. Thanks guys!

All in all the experience was good. Loved the car. The only issue I had was the inside was not fully clean. It did not appear it had been vacuumed out or wiped down. Other than that, customer service was great.

Friendly Employees, but Dishonest Runners, and limited Availability.Used this rental service as part of an insurance claim. Employees seemed super friendly and willing to help, but they did not have the car I reserved (mid-size sedan) and gave me a 3-row suv, which cause parking and comfort issues with such a big car, had it just over a week, and the whole time they told me they didn’t have anything smaller. I heard a few other “well, we don’t have that car, but….” While there. There was also an issue where, when I received the rental, it had 1/8th of a tank left, and was just enough to comfortably get me to the gas station.**Now, the dishonest runners/cleaners- when I returned the car, I mistakenly forgot my wallet inside, and they called me and told me they found it while cleaning.Now while I greatly appreciate them contacting me about my wallet, I did not appreciate them stealing the cash inside, and stuffing 3 $1’s back in. Extremely unprofessional and shady.

One of the customer service ladies was very unfriendly and act like the car personally belong to her but another one of the attendants actually two of them were very friendly. I noticed they gave discounts to certain people other than that the car I rented was excellent ?

Always a great experience when renting with enterprise. It was a last min rental and they had a Dodge Caravan for rent. Got me in and out with paperwork under 10 min. Only disappointing part was wish I was informed the gas that the vehicle uses then I would not have made that decision to get that vehicle due to it using 85E, so heading to San Francisco on the 5 was not easy due to the amount of gas that the vehicle uses so had to drive opposite direction to find that particular gas. Other then that will definitely rent from them again in the future

I had to rent a vehicle due to my own truck being repaired. It took 3 weeks which I had a rental for that time frame. I initially was given one vehicle and asked to return it (given on Thursday ask to return on Sunday) the rep said this vehicle was not a weekly rental. Ok no problem I switch from a mid size SUV to premium. Long story short I called every week to get out of the small car as Im a big guy over 6\\\"3 and I was told to bring in the vehicle to trade in I did this two weeks in a row and when I arrived I was told they had nothing for me. That was highly frustrating not until my last rental week was I able to secure a comfortable vehicle, then to make matters worst my billing was allover the place charged for single days when I had rentals for 3 weeks should have been on weekly rental but because accounting was screwed up it was never corrected as I was told it was, just a overall bad experience will not be using anymore..

Quick and easy pickup (got there 15 minutes before they opened to ensure I was first in line) and drop off. Got a great rate on a pickup for 3 days via Kayak. Would definitely rent from this location again.

The app is great. I just wished the price they show on the app was the same price at pick up. 400.00 for 4 days was a good price. Then I get there and it 548.00. Also the suv needed to be washed. So I paid 13.00 just to have it washed at the car wash. They should be doing a better job of presenting the vehicles and showing a true price on their App.
