The Staff was very Friendly, and efficient. They were getting the Customers in and out quickly. I had to leave my car at the Mechanics. And a young man named Donovan was awesome! He was very courteous and we had great conversation during my drop off.

My first name, Gerges Soliman I'm calling regarding my rental car through my insurance. Unfortunately the manager of Cerritos Art Square the first name BRANDON. last name MINDT branch manager I do have problem with my renter the car is not safe to drive, and actually are in the car, From Norwalk Enterprise, and I explain to them I have a reservation from Cerritos at the Square and I need somebody give me a ride over there and refuse and he told me you can rent a car from us and you can go to Cetus at the Square to change it for a different car and I went explain my situation to branch manager which his name Brandon MINDT he give me very bad attitude and he told me I'm not going to change the vehicle. Even I told him the car is not safe to drive and he said to me I don't care and I've been customer for long time with Enterprise I'm not going to recommend anyone about Enterprise and explain to the manager. I'm going to bed review and I'm not recommend anyone to go to Enterprise with the worst experience and I'm not happy special. I've been customer for long time. My phone number 562-832-3170.

brandon anawered my call and confirmed reservation. upon arrival he decided he had no vehicles. took Uber there after he reassured my confirmation and vehicle. waste of time and very unprofessional.

Called twice to confirm my reservation and for some reason they called and canceled. What's the point on making a reservation if they can't fulfill your order. The enterprise in Huntington Park is a breeze to deal with. Lesson learned.

If you're getting your vehicle serviced at one of the dealers at Cerritos Auto Square, this Enterprise is the defacto "on site" loaner desk. Depending on the dealership, they may or may not cover the rental. For me and my 2020 Pacifica, it was covered. I got into the same type of vehicle I had serviced which was a plus (I have 4 kids). The van only had 1800 miles on it and was a PHEV. I had a charger at home since I also own a Jeep 4Xe, so I looked forward to trying out the van since I had a purely ICE one. I was disappointed that the van had a "service hybrid system" warning light and chime that kept popping up and going off whenever I stepped off the brakes. I was worried how safe this thing was and when I called the store (you have to go through this ungodly long phone tree), I was given the option to return it for another van or car. Great. However, when I found the time to go back to Enterprise, my van was ready, so I didn't have a chance to exchange it. The rental experience was somewhat slow as they had to get cars from a remote location, get it washed and then deliver it to customers. I've been at other Enterprises and they seemed to have a better flow on getting customers into cars. The return experience, though, was AMAZING. There was an associate outside checking in another vehicle when I pulled up. She asked if I was returning and I said yes. She got the keys, checked the fuel level and scanned me out in less than a minute! W O W!!! I really wanted to give this place more stars, but that dang warning light and chime gave me a scare. The car should not have been put in service until it was fixed. Make the check out experience as fast as the check-in and have cars ready that don't have warning lights and you'll have quite an enterprise going.

Discriminatory/unprofessional/not Veteran friendly branch manager Brandon Mindt. On wednesday November 15, 2023 I had scheduled to pick up a sedan rental from enterprise on 10901 Auto Square Dr. in Cerritos California zip code 90703 at approximately 1030AM. I reserved online and came in had a mix up on credit card information, the branch manager Brandon Mindt told me that the debit card I handed him was showing up as flagged registered in another country, and that he can not use it. I stated I had another card he could use and he just gave me a run around on how this one is also having similar issue. I said I would look into fixing or finding a card for rental and return today or tomorrow. I found my capital one had more than enough and returned approximately an hour later. Brandon Mindt branch manager was there again i handed my drivers license and card told him I figured it out. He takes both cards and pretends to run my card and tells me this is showing up as fraud and will not go through, at this point I can tell he is either refusing me service and also lying. I call bank while present and they state to me that card was never ran or fraud, I put it on speaker so he can listen directly from my bank. It is then at that point Brandon tells me I was placed on no car rent list. I ask him for what reason and he told me made up story about cards and issues. I am not sure if it was because i was dressed ragged and had really long hair for discriminatory reasons. I ended up going to Avis instead and got rental with no issues same process. I reported it on enterprise website few days later, no response since then or call which is why I am writing this now. I am USMC veteran and was refused service and disrespected and wasted two days during my visit in California.

Full disclosure: Chevy covered my rental both times but I have to say. Everybody at this branch is SO GOOD with customer service. I was offered a Subaru Crosstrek which I didn't take because it was too big for me and they didn't mind. So I was given a Toyota Camry and I drove it. The next day, I woke up and it had a flat tire. I called Roadside Assistance which put on the donut for me and they switched me out of that car immediately. I was taken care of and everybody was so kind throughout this entire process. It is so commendable. Brandon, Hector and Autumn are angels from the heaven above. (I love Brandon and his funny jokes!) I had an issue with my rental and they took care of it, no problem at all. Everybody at this Enterprise is SO big on customer service. I wish this branch of Enterprise had more electric vehicles (just because that's more convenient for me). But otherwise, I will always come here for car rentals! Thank you all so much!

Horrible service and communication. I rented a pickup truck a month ago and it went smoothly. I just provided my license and debit card. 3-4 weeks later, I make another reservation for a pickup truck and go today. They tell me they don't accept debits! Only CREDIT CARDS. Nobody ever told me this. Last time, they didn't ask me for a credit card. They accepted my debit card. I don't own any credit cards. Thanks a lot for a wasted trip.

Arrived a few minutes after closing and Manager Hugo Contreras was very friendly and even accommodated my request for the vehicle I wanted. I highly recommend going to this specific Enterprise. Thanks again!
