I would give this a zero if I could, the amount of times they asked me to open a line of credit when I was just trying to shop for an engagement ring for my girlfriend was embarrassing. I refused and they kept asking, some lady who worked in the front. I eventually walked out. I have the money, I don't need credit... so judgmental and people like this make shopping for engagement rings hard.

I purchased a string of pearls for $250. In less than a year the coating started to come off and the balls underneath are clearly just plastic. Not much better than costume jewelry but with the cost of fresh water pearls. The manager was not at all helpful and just cited the fact that they sell the fake jewelry all the time. Very very disappointed as an exchange or refund was not offered. Other jewelry stores said that the necklace was concerning and I should have been offered an exchange. This whole situation frustrating because I made the intentional decision to support a more local store instead of a larger chain.

I don't usually write bad reviews, but the person trying to help us didn't respect our budget kept trying to push us to purchase a ring that was $700 over. Super pushy and didn't have the customer service you'd expect.

I was in a hurry to get a gift for my wife's birthday and they had everything ready for me the moment I arrived. I was in and out in minutes and everything was perfect. Provided me with an amazing shopping experience for ring. He understood I was very focused on the details of the stone and we tracked down the exact stone I was looking for, a very elongated oval at the precise carat size I wanted. His selection really exceeds what everyone else on the block has. Gem is a wholesaler so his prices cannot be beat. He offered full transparency, we even looked at the stone through a 30x microscope! He was patient with me as I came back about 3-4 times with family members to help me pick out the right stone.
