Chances are, some, if not most of good reviews is from friends or bots. If you order from this place, don't take the chance from their website, use eBay, because eBay money back guarantee. Only way i was able to recovery my money.

I ordered clutches paid 61 dollars for 2 day shipping. They weren't shipped until 3 days later. I was told I ordered to late in day I ordered at 2pm my time which is 12pm their time . How early should I order. Received my parts 6 days later. Awful customer service.

Waited a week and a 1/2 took my money out of my account charge my card and what came in the mail was a T-shirt not the part I ordered discussing this with the Better Business Bureau absolutely not happy tried to call them all I got was a man's voice of answering machine not even the company name never ever again be where of this company fyi just called and threatened me on the phone that hes calling Google to try and have this renoved!!!!! Total con artist dont order from here

Funny, their response says I placed my order on Dec. 22 yet they state I didn't pay. You can't do both, their website doesn't allow you to place an order without payment. Avoid these guys at all cost! Ordered part and paid immediately. Waited over 2 weeks and finally looked on their website not understanding why it was taking so long. They cancelled my order and never bothered to notify me as to why. Poorly run parts supplier and unreliable customer service. There are way too many other places to purchase parts! I am including a picture of order confirmation and payment confirmation. I've also included a picture of their response using profanity and calling me names. I'm not surprised all they can do is make excuses and then resort to profanity and name calling. Be prepared for incompetence at the highest level if you choose to spend money with them!

Any positive reviews had to be written by their own employees. Avoid these guys at all cost! They cancel orders, don't notify customers and you are out wasted time waiting on parts that are never coming. They then try to make excuses saying payment was never made even though I have email confirmation from them of the order and credit card proof. Poorly run parts provider and terrible customer service. There are too many other places to spend your money who will guarantee you get your parts!

Fast shipping but was not $$ Free $$ they did not pay the right amount to ship so i had to pay more than half of the $$ cost $$ I text them for a refund on the shipping that i paid but they did nothing did not even text me back... NOT HAPPY !! You still owe me a refund. $$$$ K.W. ///// Ok so it was an e Mail not a text but I still had to pay$$$8.40 so tell me how that's free shipping. You paid $6.50 for a $14.90 bill DO THE MATH.

I was quite happy with the 4r70w parts I ordered. There were two parts that I couldn't find listed on their website, but were on their ebay site, so I had to do two separate orders, but no big deal.
