Seems of be a pretty nice gym with lots of equipment but the music's so loud you can't hear your own thoughts. If they kept the music down I would probably join

This is a poorly maintained 24 hour location. Like many Crunch fitness locations it's in a shopping center and roughly occupies the foot print of a smallish big box retail shop. The location was busy at 7 am when I came through. As indicated by other reviewers, the bathrooms are in rough shape, up to and including a post apocalyptic style plea to fix the Men's shower sometime in the near present. I also walked in without showing my membership, which was fine with me but might cause concern for a security minded person.

This gym is honestly shit it's always packed at the most awkward est time barely any seats maybe like 6-7 always packed with broken machines for example the chest cable machine has beans constantly broken it's been 3 months and still can't get a consistent chest pump without it and only one chest fly machine when they have 30 treadmills get ride of the treadmills and add more chest and back machine or chairs honestly poor management the restroom always smells like piss and the showers have been under construction for a while now. I like the squat racks options but should add more bench press and MORE CHEST CABLE MACHINES . There have no attachments only one rope for triceps that's half ripped instead of all those treadmill they should spend money on actual strength training items like handles. Can't express enough how there chest cable machine is always broken and always out of order!

I have been screwed over many times by commercial gyms with their hidden fees, contracts, and fine prints, and I've sworn to never ever use a commercial gym.Michael from Crunch Fitness Cerritos has convinced me that this place is not like the other commercial gym crooks. My wife and I are visiting LA from another state for 3 weeks and needed a temporary gym to keep up with our workout routine. 3 weeks is an awkward time frame because using a day pass for 3 weeks can get pretty expensive, and getting a membership at a gym usually requires a full year commitment with a contract and hefty cancellation fee. I was calling all the gyms around the place I'm staying, hoping to find a way to get my workout in without breaking the bank and not get screwed over by a contract. Fortunately, I've stumbled upon this place and talked to Michael. He quickly understood my needs and recommended me to get the month-to-month option that doesn't require a contract. He was very thorough and transparent about the process and fees, and he even hooked me up with some discount on the initiation fee after finding out about my military status. Both my wife and I decided to sign up with this gym because of the professionalism and transparency that Michael displayed. It made us feel like they actually care about their members. For the last 3 weeks, I've really been enjoying working out at this gym. In this short amount of time, I've had the pleasure to get to know some of the members and even worked out with some of them. Everyone I've met has been so kind and respectful. During the peak hours, the gym can get a bit crowded but everyone is willing to either let you work in with them or tell you how many sets they have left. Worst case, the gym offers plenty of alternative equipment that can satisfy my routine. I like that the gym has a lot more squat racks and deadlift platforms than any other comparable commercial gyms. Overall, my experience has been great, and I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

This is one of the better SoCal crunch gyms. I love the lighting, for some reason it seems not too bright and not too dark, lighting is an underrated but important factor for me when working out. It has a great variety of machines and LOTS of squat racks/deadlift platforms. Upstairs running track, machines are kept in working order. Overall it’s great and 24/7 open. The only bad part about this gym is the bathrooms are always gross. Otherwise awesome.

The gym is nice but the general manager here is such a tool. Always tries to lie and charge you for any inconvenience.Just go to the Norwalk one if you actually want to workout.

I witnessed Tim the manager on duty today, 8/18/23, become very rude and hostile to a patreon. From what I was able to hear the individual was seeking to enter the gym to work out but Tim refused service without reason when questioned he continued to exclaim that he may not enter because he says so. He then approaches the patreon as if he is trying to begin physical confrontation. Very unprofessional

I gave them my credit card as record when signing up but pay cash at counter for monthly fee. However, i just found out they have been charging my card! They now refused to pay me back! It’s a dishonest business and it’s a scam!!!

Overall, the gym needs improvement: I've been coming here for a few years now. The only advantage for this gym is that it operates 24/7. Some cons are: more than half of the treadmill and stair master machines are out-of-service. This is unacceptable and the staff must provide customers a notice for when they'll be operational again. Sometimes, the facility is too warm to bare- especially in peak summer days. Please make it more comfortable to workout. Otherwise, the staff is alright, parking is accessible, and the location is in a safe neighborhood.
