Friendly staff and clean facility. Occasionally treadmills will be down or make a lot of noise, but it seems facility will try to fix them. This location has a running track on 2nd floor. Parking can be a hassle if you go prime times.

this gym almost made me give up on myself. Its crowded, unclean, ridiculously loud, and there is a subtle feeling of disdain towards members from workers and manager. Lots of cable machines, cardio machines and platforms for squat. Not much bench for barbell bench, but lots of bench for dumbells. Upstairs has a little track and 1st floor has a small little Turf. Nice clean gym.
