An absolute nightmare. I had two checks to cash, one of which I was unaware was funded through a different bank. My job even switched bank funders for some reason (RED FLAG). So I go through the usual process of cashing it though their FaceTime ATM, the employee on the screen named Tamara explained to me that the check was funded through a separate entity and couldn't be cashed. I responded by saying that's ok, just send it back. When she attempted to send it back to me, she cut off the screen. 01/05/24 Now when I pressed the screen again, a different employee appeared. I explained the situation and was later informed that their was nothing they could do but take my information and call me on Monday 01/08/24 when maintenance arrives and hopefully they can eject the check. This morning I drove back to the location to reiterate the severity of the situation and also to get the managers name and contact info but their was a note written on construction paper that their hours had changed, and the lobby would no longer open on Saturdays. Too bad their website wasn't updated or I wouldn't have made the trip obviously. Imagine having your hard earned weeks paycheck in limbo not knowing if your going to get back the money you rightfully deserve. In closing my experience with this bank has been a ZERO out of FIVE because of the panic and stress they've inflicted on me.

I've been banking at this bank since the crash of 2008 and they have been giving me an amazing service both for business corporation and for my personal accounts. This is the only bank that everyone knows my name and that's always a blessing because they all make you feel like family. Linda, Tessie and Tiffany are the amazing employees and are always going above and beyond to help us with all our banking needs. I highly recommend this bank.

I went to cash a check from their bank, never heard of this bank but the check saids their name so I went in (because I know wells Fargo or chase would have done it if the issue check is from them) The lady in the front told me she needs to order the money because the bank doesn't have money to give ?!?! Lmaoooooo seriously no money at a bank ? And for me to come back in 3 days to get the money. why are you open ?!? And how are you a "bank" ?

This is the most useless bank I have ever visited . Staff is very old and non productive. Very rude . Always understaff as old staff can't get work faster . I will never go back to this branch

This review is in regards to the teller Cora Weber. She is extremely poorly trained and always gives me an attitude when I walk through the doors. On one occasion she even added up my checks incorrectly and then just laughed about it. Always gives me an attitude and slides me a deposit check to fill out myself and add/count everything up and when I ask her to double check she gives me a passive look like I'm just making her life so hard. All the other employees are really sweet but I think I will stick to depositing my checks through the ATM now because I dread having to deal with her poor customer service.

Poorly trained staff with bad attitudes. On more than one occasion I've needed to speak with a manager and the teller has told me she's not there. I get the feeling like this branch might be closing soon and the employees don't care about the customers.

Seriously bad customer service. Branch manager, Sunny, doesn't return calls to address banking errors. Received collection letter after paying off loan. No one has the patience nor the professionalism to do the necessary research. Slow tellers and outdated technology. Stay away and consider other banking options!

This branch needs to train its staff!! They have zero knowledge on type of accounts! I have an iolta account and was depositing a check from an insurance carrier, manager said they cannot accept the check since its made payable to my office and the client! Duh?! IOLTA, she insisted its a third party check and only checks payable under my office name can be deposited in IOLTA account!!!! Manager needa training staff needs training worst they insisted they are correct and wont even call the back office!! Pathetic branch! I love my local comerica branch in woodland hills but this branch very poor customer service and knowledge.

Worst service. There is no option for 0 . Otherwise i will put 0. This is the second time that the old lady put my deposit on my business account instead of my checking account. When i give her my check card, and she ask me for my address and social. For what purpose she ask me that. I don't understand whats the issue with her, i feel like everytime i go to deposit she give me some attitude. Is my only day Off and i have to deal with this type of mistake. Went for groceries and my card was declined, i have to leave all the groceries there. Now i have to go and take the money out and deposit to the cheking account and is going to take days to clear the money. And is just a waste of time cause of the traffic. As u can see my reviews, i dont normally put bad reviews. But this keeps going and going. I hope her supervisor can do something about this.

The drive through ATM is NEVER in service not only is there like three branches in the whole LA /OC county But now when I drive over three cities to get here and make a deposit the ATM doesn't work I can't remember the ATM ever working outside it is completely inconvenient when you have a newborn in your car. Thinking about closing my account for that sole purpose. It is very unfortunate because the people inside the branch have always been very polite and helpful but if there aren't enough branches the least you can do is keep your ATM outside working.
