Wouldn't give me a simple print out for a repair estimate for insurance replacement. Went across the street by target and they gave me a $500 estimate. This place said they didn't have a part for the rear broken glass. The other place said they can order it. Submitted the estimate to insurance and now I'm $500 up on a phone I don't even use. ? Avoid this place.

Came here instead of the mall which they quoted me 450$ for a charger port and the back fixed but came here and they gave me a discount on the back since i got my charger port fixed and for both only 220$ and they did a great job finished in like 1hr.

Update due to owner's response on 4/22: We would've waited if your employee was respectful, but he was being very rude and talked to us like he was telling a dog to sit. Very disappointed that you did not acknowledge his attitude and instead say that he is not able to act nice due to multi-tasking? Is that all you got from the review??? That is absolutely no excuse. There was only one other customer too. Shame on you.

"I come in respectfully, said hello, and asked how much a screen protector is. I get cut off mid-sentence by the guy working around 5:40 PM on 4/19 and said with an attitude, "Sit over there." We were both caught off guard but sat anyways. 10 minutes pass by and nothing goes on, and we don't even have a quote yet, so going back again, we tell him we just want a price, and he is still giving attitude to all his responses, to where we just decided to leave to go to another shop. I don't know how long that guy has been working there, but we've been here multiple times for repairs and screen protector installations. We asked his name multiple times, and doesn't even want to give it, indicating that he knows his attitude is uncalled for so he does not want to share any of his identity. It is the very first time that there's an employee that treated us like animals, and (un)fortunately, will not be coming back here."

Don't trust the name and don't trust these people. I called around to get a quote to have the screen on my iPad mini fixed and they had a great price. They told me it would cost $200 to fix my iPad screen. When I went all the way to Cerritos and showed the the employees my iPad. They said it was gonna cost $350 at this point I had driven all the way to Cerritos and decided to let them fix my iPad. They said it would take 5 to 7 hours for them to fix my iPad and that they would call me if I wasn't able to get my iPad the same day. They never called me I had to call them the following day and then they told me that they had to order the part and that it wouldn't get there until later in the day. This is after they had told me they had the part there and that they would be able to fix my iPad. They lied about the price. They lied about the time it would take to fix my iPad, and they never bothered to call me to give me any sort of update. I will never return to this place and thought it was important to share with people what a lie their name is, and what unethical business practices they have.

I had previously gone to a different repair shop and they tried to clean out my charging port ;after being unable to get it to work they said I needed to replace the entire charging port . I arrived at this location because they were open on Sunday . This location followed the same procedure and were able to clean out my charging port and get it to work . They didn't even charge me for the service they provided . If you are looking for trustworthy people , here they are . I will be coming back for all my cell phone needs and future repairs . Thanks for being good people

CIR was not only easy to find but easy to work with. We came in for my husbands phone not being able to charge, we went in and CIR quickly figured out the issue and fixed the phone. We were in and out in minuets, thank you CIR!!!

Came here to get a cracked iPhone screen repaired. I was in town for a business trip so just went purely based on reviews. The guy who replaced my screen said they only had the "generic" iPhone glass and not the "premium" at the time, so I went with that one. Everything was fine for about a month, but now I have two permanent white lines going across my screen. My phone also "ghost types" now, or just doesn't even respond to the touchscreen half the time. It would be a waste of money to replace my screen again, it's worth more than the value of the phone at this point. Super disappointed.

Hi, I got my phone fixed by you guys and not even a week after my phone cracked again. I didn't drop it on the ground either. I don't know if i was pressing on the screen too hard but it cracked easily. My flashlight also stops working numerous times through the day where I have to keep restarting my phone. This never happened to me before. Is there a way I can get it fixed without being charged? Is there any type of warranty you guys have? Update: I'm not paying y'all again to fix my phone if it cracked this easily the first time !

Cheapest iPhone Repair repaired my iPad Pro 1st Gen to replace busted screen. I thought the iPad was a complete loss but they were able to repair it and they had the cheapest price! I did call around for estimates and Cheapest iPhone Repair was indeed the cheapest. iPad is working fine as if it's new. Great job CIR!
