Please do not open any acct on Chase Bank. I open an account on 7/20 , a checking and saving acct everything was process & they deposited my money to the my saving and checking and they also suggested the direct deposit for my payroll check. Everything was good, notified my office for change of acct for my direct deposit for my payroll, received my ATM in a couple of days. But today 7/29 received a letter saying their closing my acct without an explanation, i said to myself this not right and couldn't think a reason why their closing the acct. So , I called customer service an ask for explanation say they can disclose the reason of closing the account. They just open the acct to get my data and decided to close yhe acct without explanation, probably sold me data to another company . I am very upsent all the trouble of waiting to open an acct and messhing my direct deposit for my payroll. Chase is just collecting data tricking consumer with all kinds of trick like endless solicitation from the mail. This Bank should be investigated with their fraud practice to consumer.

First let me start off by saying that I have no issues banking with Chase, their phone app and credit cards are great. I stopped by this bank while burning some time waiting for an appointment. I had an email offer for $300 if I deposited a certain amount in a new savings account. I didn't have to wait long to be called into one of the banker's office. I explained that I wanted to open a savings account and move some money in there to get the deal. The lady very obviously is patronizing me and says it needs to be new money. She then cuts me off and asks if I need anything else, to which I said no thank you and I just got up and walked out. The way she was talking to me was so rude and arrogant that I had no desire to give her any commission. I don't have the banker's name, but I would recommend going to a different location. I urge you to avoid investing money with this branch. As a banker, you should have the common sense to treat everyone with respect regardless of what they look like (sometimes I look like a goon), because you never know how much somebody is holding.

Okay first of all I understand policies. What I don't understand is how the representatives only implement the policies when it's convenient for them. So I walked in to try to replace my debt card. I have been waiting for it in the mail and have asked several times on the status of its arrival. It has been over two weeks since I first requested it so I came to the bank to check today they decided to request another card and when I asked to pull out money which they have done for me over the past two weeks they refused because of my expired I.d. although in the past they have allowed me a max of 100 a day. They explained if They hadn't of seen My I.d. I would have be able to under a lost I.d. and by asking me questions and verifying my account. I asked if I could just answer questions but they wouldn't allow me to since they seen the I.d. how is the rep going to say if he hadn't seen my I.d. then he would be able to. It's a picture I.d. I understand it's expired but him offering me that solution and the turning me always was pretty ridiculous. Looks like ima need to start shopping for a new bank.
