I placed an order a day before Xmas eve. My order wasn't supposed to be ready till 1/4/24. All of a sudden, I get an alert that my order is ready for pick up 1hr before they close on Xmas eve. I spoke to the customer service representative at Nordstrom and told her that this was unexpected . I did leave a comment when I ordered that it would be amazing if I got this before Xmas and they made it happen. I shop here all the time. This makes me love THIS Nordstrom even more. Thank you Nordstrom Cerritos for the amazing customer service.

Jack in the men's suit section was very helpful and accommodating! This Nordstrom location was unable to assist with Indochino suits but he was very knowledgeable and provided great recommendations and overall was a great resource.

The employees are very invasive. At first I thought they were very attentive and caring but after a few visits it felt more like I was being watched and followed around the store.I once asked for a dressing room and while changing I noticed one of the employees pressed up against the door so closely that her feet were under the door. I couldn't tell if she had her ear to the door or what she was doing. She didn't announce herself or knock. Then she started unlocking the door. When I notified her I was still in there, she said nothing and walked away. I really dislike coming to this location because of the environment the employees create.Sometimes I'd prefer to make the drive to Irvine spectrum rather than interact with these people. It's very uncomfortable.

This location was having his annual sale event when I visited. They had a DJ (?) and it was packed. The store however seemed very clean and organized despite this.Women's restrooms are on the second floor while men get the bottom floor conveniently located to the exit.... The single gender neutral/family bathroom on the first floor always has a line. I waited for a long time for a man (other women told me looked like he worked at Nordstrom) to walk out after watching videos/a show loudly for over 20 minutes according to the other women waiting with their kids to use the family restroom

Went to Nordies to get a new wardrobe. Went to the shoe department (no help, no hello), passed by the sunglass department (the lady was too busy, seemed she could use another associate), jewelry department (nobody around). That's when my husband saw my frustrated face and we went to Macy's, were they gladly took my money with a smile. I don't have the time to be chasing people to get assistance with their products. This Nordstrom used to be so chic. Through the years, they are understaffed and their customer service is non existent.

Hey Yelp family.. well here is my review on Nordstrom department store. I was looking to get me some new Sandals and found these cute ones in the picture provided they were size 7 and I am a size 8 the store was not swamp of costumers but I did see plenty of employees walking around in this department which I couldn't understand why it was so difficult to get assistance I asked 3x and all 3 x different employees from this department not sure if they just forgot or what. At the end after waiting on assistance for over 1 hour and a half I left to get me something to drink and came back and finally was assisted. So for anyone that has time to wait for a while this is the place for you if your looking for shoes and you shop at Nordstrom but if not skip it. I hope to return in the near future and that costumer service is way better.

1/13/23 Almost always, Nordstrom has it goin' on with customer service, hands down! There are a few hiccups of clueless customer service representatives (if one could call them that title) who do not display this expectation. Today is no exception. He came in to pick up his order & inquired from one associate as she simply pointed him to the section of packaged orders and said, "It's over there", and walked away to tend to some waywardly shoe on display. My husband has been ordering his shoes from this company for more than 25 years at Nordstrom. To date it is the only company that provides the service of completing the application for mismatched shoes. My husband has two different size shoes. Thanks to the American Disability Act, every shoe store provides the opportunity to any customer to purchase two different sized shoes without paying for two separate pairs. What each store requires is for the customer to fill out the application to the manufacturer to make this possible. It's a long tedious process. Nordstrom provides this service free of charge AND it saves the customer all that hassle of the back & forth. As they say, time is money. We do appreciate that Nordstrom provides this time saving process. Another associate did approach my husband & patiently assisted him with his order. I saw the same associate who was supposed to assist him initially walk around and look "busy" moving display shoes to look display-worthy. We'll continue to patronize this company for as long as this service remains in full effect. Thank you, Nordstrom!

I had bought a gift here for my boyfriend for Christmas but when I came to return it due to it being the wrong size. I come to find out the sales associate Joe G. had sold me an item that had a wrong tag on it so when I came to return it they said it was the wrong item and when they have brought Joe G. out to ask about the sale he claimed he did not recognize me or selling the item. He was very dismissive and rude. He claimed I had switched the tag items and wore the item. IT WAS A GIFT for Christmas like ??? DONT BUY FROM HIM HE IS MEAN

I love this place very helpful came to the Gucci spot !!! this young lady help me her name was Violet. I want to thank her so very much. Such a great employee. I bought a few lipsticks and a bronzers they even customize your items with engraving.. definitely be back since I know they have Gucci here ... and once again thank you so much violet ...

This review is specific to the Chanel Cosmetics counter. Came in today to do some Christmas shopping and to pick up a new foundation. Maddy assisted us and I have to say, both my mom and myself were very impressed by her knowledge and her customer service. I never come to this location but because of her, whenever I need to reup on my cosmetics, I will come to this location. Hard staff is tough to come by so I hope her management recognizes a great employee when they see one.

This 5 star is for Cory . I came in late about 1 hour before closing time desperately looking for a good looking pair of dress shoes . I came in wearing some sandals with shorts and a t-shirt almost looking like a brokey . I had 3 of their employees walk past me and not ask if I needed help at all, even had some walk up to the people next to me and only ask them if they needed help . I don't know if it was because of what I was wearing or if I looked too young but they didn't bat an eye or try to help me . Cory on the other hand literally was the only person to come up to me and ask if needed any help to which he did and I made my purchase . Thank you for going out of your way to lend me a helping aid .

If you have read any of my reviews, you know that ALL revolve around customer service. And let me begin by saying that by all accounts and by all my experiences at just about any Nordstrom I have frequented have always been positive. Until today. I will make this review as painless as possible and will only relay my experience. I went to the Nord at Cerritos looking for some jewelry for my daughter's for Christmas 2022. I noted an item I liked, picked it up an approached the young lady working the counter. Noting that she was speaking with someone already, I waited and even walked away until I saw she done. I then again approached her and said excuse me. She replied , "yeah?"....I stumbled over my words because I'm not used to being addressed so flippantly by an employee of such a high end department store and ... said "Yes, can you price check this for me? " And handed her the item. Feeling still flabbergasted I actually just walked away after she took the box....I didn't know how to respond and didn't want to react poorly myself. So I just put space between us and figured I would find someone else in the department to help me. Ultimately, I never went back. The pic is not her but that was the face she gave me... I have torn feelings because I love Nord and I don't expect anyone to roll out the red carpet for me but a "hi, how can I help you" would have been welcome. I left the young lady's name out of this review for privacy. I hope she wasn't having a bad day or anything like that. At the same time, I hope this isn't her usual greeting to customers.

So I Went About 3 Weeks Ago To Buy A Designer Belt ( MCM ) Paid Over $300 And It Was A Gift Well Unfortunately My Gift Didnt Go Well As Planned Person I Was Gifting To Didn't Like The Design Of The Belt Specially Beacause Of The Brown Background So He Gave It Back To Me And He Literally Tried It On In Front Of Me To Just See How He Will Look But He Did Not Like It So He Gave It Back To Me And I Was Expecting To Return It Right Away But I Got Busy With Work So I Came 1-2 Weeks Later Called The Store To Make Sure I Was Fine Returning The Belt They Said Yes If I Had Everything Which I Did And Let Me Tell You That The Lady That Was At The Counter By The Mens Designer Clothes She Was Very Very Rude With A Dirty Look I Politely Asked Her If It Was Fine To Return The Item There Or If She Can Tell Me Where I Can Return It Well She Took The Item And Asked For Receipt And I Gave It To Her Once I Handed it Over She Snatched In A Very Rude Way Which I Didn't Want To Tell Her Anything Because I Dont Like Arguing So I Remained Calm And She Come's Telling Me That She's Going To Refund Me My Money If I Wanted The Money Back To My Card Or To A Gift Card So I Asked If I Can Do A Even Exchange Or Exchange For A Red One I Seen Online Well She Was Being Rude And She Walked Away To Go Check If They Had The Belt And They Didn't Once We Came Back She Started Saying The Belt Had Been Used and There Was Marks But I Mean I Never Used The Belt , Then She Says That I Cut The Belt And That If They Cut The Belt Its Automatically Mine And They Cant Do Nothing But No One Had Cut The Belt Or Nothing I Was Trying To Explain To Her But She Was Very Impatient And She Was Trying To Cut Me Off, I Will Never Ever Purchase From Nordstrom Again And This Is The 2nd Time She Did This Kind Of Stuff 1st Time She Helped Me Out And Let Me Try On A Belt I Really Liked But She Was Acting The Exact Same Way Being Very Very Rude :( I Will Never Go Back Here Again And I Did Not Get Her Name But On 10/27/2022 Around 6PM - 7PM She Was Wearing Black Jeans White Shirt And She Has Short Black Hair So I Hope You Guys Do Something About This Because I Honestly Didn't Feel Comfortable Even Being There :(
