I like the setup of the store,I just wish the sneaker selection was a little better. I'm curious to see what's next with this location in the future

This store is backdoored they had a resale of jordan 4 military black and as I was heading to it I see 4 fat Mexican youngins running to the store coming out from employee entrances door and they didn't even work at the mall and like how did they know they'll be having the jordan 4 there obviously the worker inside called all there homie and once they arrived they took them all . Really unfair . Shoe stores need to take actions because they aren't being fair .

I had an issue with some shoes I'd ordered but the tracking never showed they were delivered to the store. So I went in... Andy was HUGE help. Very professional, apologetic (even though it wasn't his fault) and very helpful. He deserves recognition for how he assisted me. Thanks Andy

Kiara rocks. Greeted immediately upon entry to store. Looking for basketball shoes for kid and she had all the answers. Great recommendations from her since she has experience. Actually told me a few things I didn't know when looking for basketball shoes. Overall, great experience! Keep up the good work Kiara and good luck with coaching!

The type of employees that work here are so bad, they don't give you costumer service at all, on of the employees was staring at us DOWN at all time when we had a shoe we asked for judging us and it's embarrassing because they lost a costumer, if we go to a store we expect to be welcomed not judged like they did, they're all rude if i could I would fire them because they are not even doing their job or even working, just standing there looking like idiots when ppl need help.

This store is the worst I went to buy my nephew clothes and the employees were rude they didn't help me I said excuse me sir can you help me and the guy just ignored me??. I'm going to Abercrombie and Banana Republic store they have better customer service.

DANIELA AND HER TEAM WERE SIMPLY AMAZING. GOT GREETED WALKING IN BY MORE THAN ONE PERSON GOT FULL ON GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ARE A TRUE DEFINITION WHAT CHAMPS BRINGS TO THEIR CUSTOMERS. WENT OVER AND BEYOND TO HELP ME FIND EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED. I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO THEIR FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Because of covid 2020 my nephew and I pretty much got sprayed in the Face when the cashier was cleaning her counter because of the person before us? She didn't even tell us to back up before she sprayed it, she announced it out loud and sprayed it. Before I noticed, the chemical was already in my face LOL. I have health problems too!!! That was really rude. Also the lady controlling the line at the door was very rude . Lady with blonde hair was very nice. However I still purchased shoes that I needed . 12/7/2020 @4-5pm
