To everyone who uses this company. I’m without words. Be careful of your personal belongings in this place. My brother has been using this company for over 27 yrs for storage, this past week he went to his storage unit and was shocked to find his unit empty. All of his belongings were stolen. It was emptied out. He called police made a report. He also spoke to management and told him there was nothing they can do to help him. He mentioned to look at the. Cameras to see who stole him belongings. They told him they didn’t have access to the cameras which is bullshit and unprofessional and absolutely pathetic for a business.I don’t recommend this company for storage. Please be aware of what you have stored. It might stolen when you least expect it.?

Cerritos Self Storage has been such a helpful resource in our family's storage needs over the last few years. In addition to the facility being easy to access, one of the highlights is the manager Jenelle. She is so helpful and kind and really cares about the customers/tenants. We know we have many options for storage needs in the area but our family chooses Cerritos Self Storage because of Jenelle. Thank you for your continued assistance!

When I first got my storage here, Amy was awesome. She helped answer every question I had. Fast forward a year and I wanted to upsize my unit and asked for Amy who I was informed she was no longer there :( but Jenelle stepped in and she was the best. She found the best price for me and I am truly grateful for her. Thank You Jenelle!!!

Very good experience. I would definitely recommend Cerritos self storage. Janelle is awesome. She makes unit rental very easy. Answered every question That was asked. About unit rental. I appreciate the extra steps she took.
