Cerritos nails and spa…you will always be famous to me. The workers here are so lovely! The first time I came here, I had Amy as my stylist and she did such a great job. She was so sweet and worked really fast. I tried booking with her again but couldn’t get her due to being late (it was 100% on me) but I was led to another stylist named Paula who also did such a good job. She was so meticulous with her work and I loved the pedicure she did on me (simple white gel). All in all I would definitely recommend coming here for your pedicures. They’re also very hygienic which is a must for me.

very unprofessional. I called 10min upon arrival and asked if they were available for gel x the receptionist said yes to head over so i did and when i arrived i checked in on the ipad that asks for your name and number and it states that they would text you when it’s your turn. I went to my car since it was packed in there and as I was waiting i call the salon to make sure I will get a text and the lady proceeds to tell me that they called my name already although they said they would text and now there’s no availability. waste of time, go to lotus nails they are way better.

This has been my regular nail salon for the last few years, when not traveling for work. I actually left a 5 star review last year, but I have to change that (although nail technician Queen is the best!) In the last few years I forgot my appointment one time; and had to reschedule maybe a handful of times. As a business owner myself, that's just a reality. Sometimes I just can't leave during an urgent matter. Yesterday, while resting after an ER visit for a serious health concern, I called that I couldn't make it. The owner then answered, "I knew it." I find that extremely disrespectful, inconsiderate; and unprofessional!! I would never ever say something like that to my own clients. Cerritos Nails & Spa surely lost a client in me. I will find a nail salon where I feel respected and valued; and where I am treated with kindness.

Quick, fast, beautiful, friendly service. I called for the same day appointment and I was able to walk in a wait 15 minutes and got my manicure in under an hour. I did a gel polish and gel remover. They are very popular. Definitely recommend.

got charged 58$ for a full set that normally costs me 45$-50$. the girl doing my nails recommended me a different shade of pink and i agreed, and i think that brand of polish was extra and she didn't tell me in order to 'trick me' into paying more. really disappointed in that.

Fantastic, walked in 1st thing Thursday morning without an appointment and the place was buzzing, I got a gel pedicure and full set with Lydia and my nails came out perfectly , fast and attention to detail, I’ve been in Cali 8 months and have not found a satisfying nail Tech,,, super happy, my go to for now on

Came for a foot spa and the lady only did it for 10-15 which explains why the bottom of my feet is still rough! ??????????

Have been patronizing this establishment for a few year’s. The ladies are all very nice and congenial. They all do excellent work and are very professional. Terri, the owner is very nice and makes you feel welcomed when you walk in. I definitely would recommend this nail salon to all my friend and family.

Came here with my boyfriend for mani pedis. As soon as we got in the staff were extremely rude. As soon as we started, the lady working on my boyfriend, wasn’t paying attention to anything she was doing, she cut him up all over his foot. The lady working on me was nice, but she left nail polish all over my finger tips. Would not come back here ever again. Hopefully he doesn’t get infected!
