Great service once you are there. Communication could of been better in the beginning when ordering a part for my NSX and requesting an appointment. But once I got there my advisor was straight forward and got the job done. I also want to thank the person who took my last call (wears glasses and good art work). She was the person who took the time to help me accomplish my goal. Thank you.

You can't even get someone on the phone from the parts dept. After you are transferred from the receptionist the phone will ring about 4 times then disconnect you.I guess I won't be going there for a replacement key fob.

This review is more accurately 2.5 stars (i.e., right down the middle). Cerritos Acura is not bad, not great--just another dealership.POSITIVES: They honored the discount that got us in the door. The staff were very nice, respectful, and not at all pushy.NEGATIVES: They tried to claw back much of the discount with "mandatory" accessories and packages. It was not painful to negotiate but still unpleasant. The most egregious of these overpriced accessories is the paint film. These are small transparent stickers placed around the door edges and behind the door handles (8 pieces total). They protect next to nothing and make an otherwise nice looking car appear cheap and tacky (see pics). In some cases like mine, there is bubbling, which is covered by warranty, but that's not the point. In short, fight tooth and nail against paint film unless it's somewhere useful like the bumper.In addition, I found a couple major scratch marks in the back of the driver and passenger seats (pics attached). Wish me luck, as I go in next week to get the paint film removed and check if anything can be done about the scratches.

I recently went to get my car fixed, they have the worst customer service. I've interacted with 2 different service coordinators and both have been unpleasant experiences. They are not friendly, don't care about your car, and never seem to know what the mechanics/techs did to the car. My service coordinator was never there, and when other coordinators were helping me, they brushed it off as if I wasn't THEIR customer. Not only are they rude, they don't take the time to answer any questions and say "they don't know, that's what the mechanic wrote." I can read what the mechanic/tech wrote too, what I'm asking is for a thorough explanation on what the issue was and how to prevent further issues. On top of that, I made an appointment and went the morning of my appointment and worker said they were not able to service my car because they were backed up. What was the point of allowing us to make an appointment then? They also overcharge for their services, my part cost was $30 and services fee was $470+. I know usually dealerships charge a lot, but at least if they are going to charge that much, they could be a bit more friendly.Will be looking for another Acura dealership moving forward.

So it's been just about two weeks, and I'm still so excited about my new, used car. I was helped by car salesman Luis Sencion, and initially, I was anxious about being pressured by a salesman. Luis was super nice and gave me the space I needed and was in the area in case I had questions. When I finally decided to take the car for a test drive, Luis knew everything about the car and it was great to hear from an expert about all the little things I still didn't know about the car. I felt like I was talking to a friend about a car we both really liked, with no pressure whatsoever. Once I decided this is the car I wanted, we met with Robert Garcia who did the financing. I did all my homework and knew exactly what I wanted. I was able to get the deal I was looking for and proceeded with the financing I chose. It was a great experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this dealership, I don't remember everyone else's name, but everybody was genuinely really nice.

My husband & I were in the market looking for the best deal and car we can get. Coming from a growing family we wanted comfort and luxury at a reasonable price & let me tell you we got it here! I'm glad we stuck with our gut and trusted them here at Cerritos! We got lucky to be with DIEGO & AKRAM because as a sales girl my self I saw the effort they put into getting us a good deal and being transparent. So that's the reason we got this car because of these two guys! Thank you for making it achievable to have our dream family car!

I recently had a rather unpleasant experience at Cerritos Acura when I took my car there to have my air conditioning system checked. Unfortunately, my visit left me extremely dissatisfied with their service and questioning their integrity.Upon arriving at the dealership, I explained to the service representative that my air conditioning wasn't functioning properly. However, to my surprise, instead of conducting any diagnostic tests to identify the root cause of the issue, they immediately claimed that my condenser needed to be replaced. Their reasoning was based solely on observing condensation on the condenser.Shocked by the estimated cost of $1000 for replacing the condenser, I decided to seek a second opinion. I took my car to a trusted family friend who specializes in fixing Mercedes vehicles. To my relief, they took the time to perform the necessary tests and discovered that the issue was simply a low refrigerant level, which could be resolved with a straightforward recharge.Not only did Cerritos Acura misdiagnose the problem, but their proposed solution was grossly overpriced. It's disheartening to think that they were so quick to jump to such an expensive conclusion without conducting any proper tests. This leads me to question their expertise and ethics. It's highly disappointing to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a dealership that carries the reputable Acura brand. Their lack of integrity and willingness to take advantage of customers is unacceptable. I strongly advise against taking your car to Cerritos Acura if you want to avoid being ripped off.In contrast, the family friend's shop that I ultimately visited provided exceptional service. They performed the necessary tests, accurately diagnosed the problem, and resolved it with a simple recharge, costing me a mere $40. Their professionalism and honesty were a breath of fresh air, and I will undoubtedly be returning to their establishment for any future car repairs.In conclusion, based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Cerritos Acura for auto repairs. Their hasty and inaccurate diagnosis, coupled with their exorbitant pricing, left me deeply unsatisfied. It's crucial to be cautious and seek second opinions when faced with expensive repairs, as there are reputable and trustworthy alternatives available.

This is our 3rd MDX at Cerritos Acura. Bud and David have always been helping us. They are really thorough and friendly. They are always willing to go above and beyond to make everything so easy and convenient for us. Definitely, we would recommend them.

Edgar R. in the Internet Sales department was the very first person to assist me with my vehicle purchase, which started over a month ago. I wasn't sure what I wanted and he was cool as a breeze... no pressure, no hassle, no harassment, no sales pitch. He gave me a general quote and allowed me to continue my search elsewhere. A month went by and I decided the Integra is what I wanted. He walked me through everything, helped me with all my question (even questions I had about other dealers, vehicles, prices, pros and cons.) I can definitely say I never felt more comfortable and safe in a vehicle purchase. I would refer anyone to him, as I feel he is totally trust worthy. I went to 3-4 different lots and test drove different vehicles. I can honestly say his demeanor really helped sell me on the Acura. Imra in the Services department was spectacular! He was attentive to all my questions and concerns I may have posed during the intake of my new vehicle in the services dept. I was having added feature to my vehicle and after a thorough walk around my vehicle with me, he broke everything down to me and made sure I was feeling comfortable with everything we went over I'm happy with my purchase and even more so happy I did it at the Cerritos dealership. By far the best and easiest, in my opinion, compared to the other dealerships. Thanks Edgar, and Imra.
