I’ve grown up going to this Best Buy.. It’s not aging well! The stock is low and most of it is locked up. I asked a female employee for help finding a cord and she told me to wait on another employee… I stood around waiting for 15 mins while I saw 5-7 employees standing by the register and by geek squad doing nothing but chatting it up. Very disappointing but the sign outside reflects inside now!

Order to microwave online. It was ready for pick up in no time. Upon arriving we notified them we were in the parking lot and they brought it out to us in less than 5 minutes.

Too complicated to be attended to or advised on an item, I only speak Spanish and the advisors who speak Spanish are uncomfortable when you ask them things and about the characteristics of the products, they prefer to do nothing and not advise us well.

Little different than I remember. It's been years since I had been. Was not easy to get someone to help us. But after the guy was very knowledgeable. Overall, good service. Purchased the watch because he sold us on it.
