Just want to share my experience with BMO Online. External transfer from BMO to CHASE, takes more than 3 business days. I initiated xfer on Wed morning before cutoff time; it is now Sat, fund is not in. I’ve used other banks, most of them take overnight. If this kind of service continues, no one should bank here. It is SLOW — loss of use of fund for days.

Trying to cash a payroll check cut from the same bank and they charge $9 just to cash their check. Also Patricia and Doris would not allow me to cash the check as they stated the date on the check is today and they wouldn't be able to cash it until tomorrow? Seriously? I can cash this check elsewhere with no problem. I wasted my entire lunch hour trying to cash a check which should have only take 5 minutes. This bank is too slow and they continue to apologize for their sow computer systems. They finally decided to cash the check after involving the manager and complaining. No reason to have upset a customer.

Worst Customer Service by Thomas. He was very rude and unprofessional. Bank of the west needs to retrain his customer service skills and learn how to talk to people.will never bank here again! the worst!!!
