The staff is very friendly and makes me happy every time I visit the bank. From the security guard at the entrance to the teller and all department's staff, they were very cooperative and made sure I had the right banking product. The bank has become even more vibrant since the new branch manager was appointed.

Disgusting ATM Every single branch sucks Absolutely filthy bank, online banking is like browsing ebay from 2001 How does a company with that much money do such bad job at getting these stuff working? Back to wells fargo for me

Closed too early. They should open until 5pm. The other all banks' time is same as before now. They should think of the customers first.

Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We walked in and stood there for about 5 minutes wIthout anyone asking if we need help with something. We finally approached one of the workers behind the counter and told her we need help with renewal of a CD. She looked somewhat annoyed and said we need to wait because they don't have a lot of people working on Saturdays. I've had unpleasant experiences before at this bank. I understand that certain things are beyond their control, and I don't expect them to drop everything and wait on me, but a little friendliness would go a long way. So instead of renewing the CD, we closed our account and will be taking our money elsewhere. If I wanted that kind of service, I'll go to the DMV.
