Henry, the estimator, went above and beyond to handle everything with my insurance company. He kept me updated every step of the way and even chased down my adjuster to ensure my deductible was covered when it wasn't initially processed. It was such a relief not to have to worry about all the back-and-forth with the insurance.
As if that wasn't enough, when I picked up my car, not only was the bodywork flawless, but Browning also surprised me by washing my car and filling up my gas tank! It's the little details like that which show how much they truly care about their customers.

“Top notch service! I spent thousands of dollars in just the last few months at an (anonymous) Chevy dealer, trying to get my car fixed with a code 95 which would cause my car not to start leaving me, my wife and baby stranded week after week. Same problem would occur over and over again, (code 95) I was having nightmares of this damn code 95. I trusted Chevy to fix my issue but the problem would not go away. Time and time again being stranded with this damn code 95 I thought I was losing my mind. Frustrating at it was I was recommended to take it to GMC Cerritos which they found my issues ( busted fuse block) which is why my car was not starting causing code 95 to haunt my nightmares. They got me back on the road in less than a week. Wish I would have gone there sooner I literally could have saved over a thousand dollars. Lesson learned.”

Regardless, they're built to order, so it's something you sign up for anyways. The product however, is TOP NOTCH. Amazing shifter, I would absolutely order again. “I am pissed that I didn’t get a cool sticker in my brake kit to put on my car and show your product off. Seriously guys. I bought a front brake pad and rotor kit for my Audi S7. The quality was phenomenal. My only suggestion for Audis is to include a new fastening screw for the rotors. I am sure that I speak for every garage mechanic out there, thank you for providing an affordable product that is high-quality. This helps us keep our cars on the road.”
