Horrible nail spot! Worst customer service. The nail techs will yell at you and treat you like garbage! I just can’t believe how they talk to customers lol so unprofessional! Her name supposedly was “li li”

I have been coming to this establishment for years! There has been a high turnover of nail techs! I used to enjoy the quality of the service! I noticed a change in the vibe. Sometimes, I don't enjoy the vibe. The owner is screaming at someone on the phone. I don't know if it's her children, but it's really uncomfortable. It seems that when a new tech is working on me, she will critique the tech in front of me. Awkward! I am not sure what she is saying because she speaks in her language. I can see the tension in the jaw and the frown on their face of the tech. I don't like that my service is started with her husband, and then I am pawned off to another! Jessica, the owner, seems very stressed! I prefer if she needs to correct the tech to do it in a gentler way or after she is not with me the client. I can see the tension. Otherwise, she runs a very clean shop.

Very late post. However this is too good not to post! It was my first time coming here & I left pretty satisfied! I originally wanted to get my nails done by Jessica because I heard alot of good things about her. However she was busy the time I went, so one of her colleagues hooked me up! I'm so sorry I forgot your name but everyone loved my nails because of you! You put my ideas to life! She was so patient with me when I was picking the design & colors. She took her time with the detail to make sure I was satisfied. We used builder gel to create the look! Will come back if I ever need some cute nails done again!

I've been coming here consistently for about 4-5 months now and have had a different nail technician each time. I have never been disappointed! They are all so nice and friendly, my nails always turn out amazing and last until I come in again. I always get gel builder and I have never had a nail break, chip, or lift. I have gone 5 weeks before getting a fill, but usually come in after 3. I'll never get acrylic or dip again, I feel like my nails tolerate the gel builder better and they last so much longer. I will also note that the last time I was there I had to wait a little bit past my appointment time because a customer before me bumped her nail. No big deal, I was still looking at colors and drinking my coffee. My nail technician was so sweet and kept apologizing even though I told her that I completely understand and it was no bother, they're always so nice and do an amazing job. At the end of the service she still gave me a couple dollars off since I had to wait. Completely unexpected and unnecessary but also very thoughtful.

Got a pedi today. Gel nail polish. Both pinkie toe nails nail polish wiped off when I got home. They were hard and crusted just not stick to my nail. Spent $43 on gel pedicure and callous removal but feel like I got ripped off going to have to do my own nails to fix this.

I used to go to this nail salon every 3 weeks 6-7 years ago, and today was my first time back since. I was not expected to be recognized by the owner, Jessica, since it’s been several years but as soon as I came in she rushed to me and hugged me ? she has never failed to make me and my family feel welcomed every time we’ve come here and she’s truly the best. This is my family’s favorite salon. Thank you Jessica and team! <3 (:

My daughter & I have been coming here for a couple of years & we love it. They are always busy & they have a great selection of colors, not, like other places. After Covid it was hard finding a place that had reasonable prices & people that we liked, here we're even gotten to know the owners family. The owner is a very hard worker & very dedicated to her job, her husband as well since he works here too. We highly recommend Apple Nail Salon in Cerritos.

My mom & I have been coming here for over 2 years & we love it. The owner & her husband treat us very well, like family. I'm very indecisive when it comes to choosing my colors & the owner knows me so well that she knows if I'm liking a color or not & she'll make the change w/o getting angry.
Cleanliness: This place is very clean, I know the owners since I've been coming here for over 2 years & they care about their business & clients health.
Stylist: I've had multiple ladies do my toes & I'm always satisfied, but the owner does my hands, she knows exactly what I like & I'm happy with her.

I am very satisfied with the regular pedicure they did to me. The owner is very involved in maintaining the place clean and in order. The one who did my pedicure really did a good job in removing the dry skin. I came home very satisfied and feeling my toes so happy and very healthy.

I wanted to feel fancy and the amazing ladies at Apple Nail Spa made it happen. Even a month later, I was still getting compliments on my nails. Apple Nails has a great atmosphere and their technicians
do clean, impeccable work. I've been coming here since the day they opened and have never had a single complaint.
