Everything i go here, nobody behind the counter takes a minute to look up and acknowledge. Also, there is no clear system for getting in line to be helped. Additionally, for such a big showroom, very unimpressive amount of guns... been here 3 times now, will need to find somewhere else in the future

Entering the gun store I was greeted by all employees, wait time was short, it was my first time purchasing a firearm the person helping me was very helpful answering my questions. 100% recommend ✅

Sold a firearm on consignment there and I found the whole process smooth, professional, and quick. They had it sold in about a month. The store is being remodeled but you can it's gonna be huge and well stocked when it opens.

Walked in and saw a line, entered the line and stood there fror about 15 minutes. No greeting, no acknowledgement from any employees. So I proceed to wait and realize the line is not moving, then I see a check in sheet hidden in the corner ahead of the front of the line barely visible. Everyone working here seems pissed off and their parents have failed them as they don't have basic manners. The boss has failed them as they don't train the employees to have manners, since their parents couldn't. The young people working here just don't have a lick of common sense or courtesy.

Can't answer the phone for a quick question, what's the reason for having a phone when you can't even answer the phone I don't wanna drive there just to ask a question. Just horrible

Good experience. Went in to preorder a pistol new to the ca roster. Haven't gone back to pick it up yet. But employees were helpful, no complaints

I walked into the store, and it looks like it should be closed. No one said you have to sign in to get help, and the workers look like they hate their job.

Everyone in the store was nice and friendly, Andrew though was the one that showed some long guns that will best suite a beginner and as well the best bang for your buck. Andrew was also very knowledgeable.
