Purchased a dryer the website said it was functional but it's missing the dryers feet. Obviously the vibrations from the dryer could cause it to move which makes the dryer not functional and unsafe. I contacted the store and they told me this isn't their problem and to contact the manufacturer. Buyer beware of this company go over the item you are buying very carefully. Hell tip the thing you are buying over and check if it has feet.

I want to give a shout out to Isabel and Mike for great customer service.Isabel was so helpful and was so understanding when I decided to change my mind about the color of my refrigerator that i had previously ordered in black and wanted it in white instead and after speaking to her over the phone about it Isabel went above and beyond to make sure I got the color I really wanted and saved me some money as well. She has great customer service and kept me updated with all the information I needed to know. Thank you Isabel for making me feel important and taking care of all my needs. Also a shout out to the delivery driver Edgar he was so professional and respectful and did a good job of carefully taking my refrigerator up to the second floor of my condo and hauling away my old refrigerator. Thank you all for the smooth transition of the whole process. I will definitely be recommending American Freight in Cerritos to my family and friends and I will continue to do business with them for all my appliances from now on ?

I have to say, modern day refrigerators are not the solid quality like those built a few years ago. So we did run into issues along the way.

My salesperson was Chris. He was very helpful, patient, and kind. Also, the store was well-organized and I was able to find a refrigerator that I liked very quickly. At the end of my purchase, the manager, Isabel, assisted me and she was very sweet and knowledgeable.
