We went to the Aldo store in Cerritos at the los Cerritos mall Jasmine was a great employee. She helped us purchase my Looney Tunes. Purse answered all the questions. Make sure that everything was included and we’ve even got a discount. I would definitely buy from her in a heartbeat again.

I came here last week looking for some shoes for a dinner party and Kylie was super helpful getting me different styles to try out. They unfortunately didn’t have what I was looking for but Kylie provided excellent customer service!

Visited this Aldo a few days ago, & I was greeted by Jasmine. With warm smile she helped me find what I was looking for & more. Seen her here a few times and every time she’s very helpful to me or other customers. The rest of the team is also fun, outgoing and full of energy. I will continue to come to this location for the product but more so for the experience.

I CAME TO THIS STORE TO RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER, THE ONLY PERSON THAT WAS THERE WAS (JASMINE) SHE SAID SHE NEEDED MY RECEIPT TO PROCESS MY RETURN BUT I HAD THE ORDER NUMBER THAT CAME IN THE SHOES, I TOLD HER I WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION AT LAKEWOOD MALL TO RETURN MY SHOES BUT THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS MY RETURN I ALSO TOLD JAZMINE WITH MY ORDER NUMBER THE LAKEWOOD MALL ALDO WAS ABLE TO LOOK UP MY RECIEPT WITH JUST THE ORDER NUMBER BUT THEIR SYSTEM WAS DOWN SO THEY WERE UNABLE TO PROCESS MY REFUND. SHE GAVE ME A NASTY ATTITUDE FROM THE BEGINNING AND HER VIBE AND PERSONALITY WAS VERY UGLY AND RUDE. WHEN I ASKED FOR HER NAME SHE ROLLED HER EYES AND AGAIN WITH THE ATTITUDE. PLEASE RETRAIN JAZMINE ON HER CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HOW TO DO HER JOB AND PROCESS REFUNDS THANK YOU.

I've been here several times & each time All positive and great visits. I don't know about the other reviews but to me customer service was great and they're attentive. I worked retail for 10 yrs, they do their job here.

They are very unprofessional. The girls were having full conversations while I was trying to ask questions didn’t pay attention. I will for sure never be back. It was my first and last time here the manager as rude as well.

There is a person named Mike very rude and he didn't care to help. We asked him for a size twice and he made up a dumb excuse just not to go in the back to check for the size we needed. It was horrible service
