EXTREMELY RUDE MANAGER. I went to the store to do an online return. The associate helping me was super nice, but 2 of my items were 2 days past the 30 day notice so they wanted to give me a gift card. My items were in perfect condition with tags and still in store. So I asked if there was any way possibly they could give me a full refund.They had the manager come out who was extremely rude and super unprofessional, dressed in sweat shorts and sweatshirt and she just said no and walked away. I was appalled I was trying to explain to her that abercrombie missed one of the items in my shipment and re shipped the item. She absolutely didn’t care. I spoke with Abercrombie chat service online they returned them and gave me a free shipping label. They said the managers name was Kayla but the associate had to go ask her for her name after I asked so I’m not even sure if it’s her name.

I recently visited Abercrombie & Fitch, and unfortunately, it was a truly disappointing experience. Despite the store being practically empty, the customer service left much to be desired. I felt invisible as the only person of color in the store, and it seemed like the employees were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than assisting customers.When I approached the register to make a purchase, I was shocked to see that only one employee was actively working while several others stood around, seemingly disinterested in helping customers. The lack of attention and assistance made me feel unwelcome and unimportant.The absence of a welcoming atmosphere and the blatant disregard for customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. I had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, but unfortunately, Abercrombie & Fitch fell short of my expectations. I sincerely hope they take this feedback to heart and work towards creating a more inclusive and customer-centric environment in the future.

Horrible customer service redheaded manager / supervisor Megan refused to let me return two pairs of jeans I spent $200 I had my receipt everything was in perfect condition , tags were just how I got them bought them 2 days prior to returning them she told me she wasn’t going to take them keep in mind she didn’t even take them out the bag unbelievably unprofessional . I love the jeans from here but I’d rather shop somewhere where the manager or supervisor whatever she is won’t be So unprofessional and childish THANKS MEGAN .

horrible experience, I wanted to try two shirts and just for not asking the workers that I wanted to use the fitting rooms they thought I was going to steal from them ! They knocked on the door TWICE as I was trying on the clothes. like you heard me the first time why knock again the second time! Was that white dude trying to rush me out. Idk but when I got out felt all eyes on me like cmon if I wanted to steal I wouldn’t do it like that.

I went into their fitting rooms and tried on some jeans. I realized that I had a small cut because one of the security tags with the pins was off and pricked me on my leg. I talked to Biri and she was more than accommodating and was sincerely apologetic. I would have given five stars if it wasn't for getting pricked in the first place, but giving four stars for the excellent accommodations and service this manager provided when handling the situation.

I called the store and some guy named "Jay" or how ever you spell it was so rude. I called because I went to exchange a shirt I had bought online and I explain to him that it was a exchange and that I didn't see the order on my online account. It's been a couple day already and I don't even know when I will have my order delivered to me. He was so rude that he hung up on me! If this is the customer service they give I sure don't want to go in store and buy anything.

I'm just really sad that every time I want to go to Abercrombie, I have all these piles of clothes on me that I want to try on before I buy but then fitting room is closed. If I was the owner of this store, I would be furious to know that the workers are closing the fitting because they're short staff.. I saw about 4 workers today 01/06 later shift like @6ish-7. 4 workers should be enough to have a fitting room open.. maybe their just too lazy?? Idk?? lol. But yeah anyways, if fitting room was open Abercrombie would be making more $$. I would of have bought so much stuff but If I can't have fitting room open I'll just go somewhere else that has a fitting room open where I can try on and see how it looks.
