One star because why are both of the atm machines not working? This is horrible! It's after hours and I cannot withdraw or deposit from their ATM! Very inconvenient! Fix this problem!

The people in branch and over the phone are all nice. They do a really good job, and help me out as a first timer with a bank. Extra thanks for the ladies in the branch. They are really helpful. God bless you.

I have a been a member of this bank for almost 20 years. Something has changed in the past year and service has gone horribly downhill. I have had to open up a new checking account with a separate bank for all my self-employment income because this bank in Valley first would argue and hold the self-employment income checks. Again that only started about a year ago before that they would never hold or self-employment income as long as any of the personal checks weren't over $2000. But now even when just getting an $800 check they want to hold it. Then today I went in with a $1200 check from my school-checks that I deposited and cleared many times before and explain to them that I really need the money & if they could waive the hold. They refused. Now I don't have money to pay for gas to get to work or pay for my tuition. Just for comparison - Years ago when I had a $2000 personal check and needed some money to pay rent from it they did not hold it. They waived the hold for the rent amount. I know managers at branches can wave holds. This is probably only the second time I have ever asked them to waive a hold because of an emergency. Now I realize I am not a person to them anymore and just a member with a number. I don't know what happened and why it went so wrong. One thing I didn't notice when filing a complaint is that as of 2022 Valley first has a class action lawsuit against them for discrimination.

They do not check ID here and pay attention to flagged accounts they let someone come In and steal $2,300 from my account when there is a limit I can withdraw in a day! Be aware they do not care about you or your money at all

Little by little over the past year after being a member for about seven years they have been doing horrible. Finally today (2-4-2022) they finally got me too that point of no return. No more cash advances at the branches except for the one in downtown and with a fee. Nope nope nope. I'm going to start looking for another credit union next week.

I have been banking with them for years, even have a mortgage with them. Lately I've been treated like a criminal because they can't seem to accept the fact that I am not a representative payee!! Even with paperwork to prove it!! The so called manager is rude and acts like she knows it all. If she did she would recognize the difference! My business is going elsewhere now. Too bad interest rates are higher I'd even refinance my mortgage!

Came in twice today to open an account. And still do not have an account. They are short staffed and i couldn't get the help i needed. Now i have to find another credit union to bank at.

Very helpful staff left my bank to come here haven't regretted it once
