the older, kinda heavier, dark haired woman who works there in the mornings is rude!! She was rude to the customer ahead of me, she was rude when she was training and she was extremely rude during our transaction. told me I “wasted her time”..that’s so rude, she has absolutely no customer service skills and I’m surprised she’s still employed there due to all the negative reviews I’ve read and now since this happened, the things I’ve heard from other people. Our transaction was less than 3 minutes and she says I wasted her time …wow. Def lost my business at this location now. This is I think our third interaction in 2 years and every time it’s been a bad one. This is my second time complaining. The date was today, 3/19. @ approx 8:15am

So I went to return 2 tool boxes which I got separately. They made buy a box for $21 Dollars and didn’t want to give me some tape, so they sold me a tape for $6 dollars. I almost spent $30 dollars for for a package they delivered to me but didn’t come in one big box, my point is, why not give some tape free?

Do yourself a favor and just go to a different UPS store, lady is rude as heck and will only want to process half of your amazon boxes. DO YOUR JOB AND SHUT UP!!!!
