If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would give them zero stars. Mr. Juan has a character like 1000 devils. He thinks it's a great thing that he is the only one on the entire planet who can solve your tax problem. He is a representative of his clients and is paid to do the work. He's not paid to scold you. He has a bad attitude when you start questioning him. And he still has the nerve to demand more money after that because he feels like the victim. This guy is a CROOK,BANDIT,CRIMINAL, MUGGER, PICKPOCKET,ROBBER, ETC…., I don't recommend him, run away, look for a trusted professional person. Trust in your choices but always check in what is promised.

I have a problem with the IRS that affects 3 returns. I signed up for a free consultation on their website, which, by the way is top notch. It was easy and convenient. I talked with Juan and he explained that it would be very expensive to hire him to handle my problem because it's very difficult to talk to the IRS and each year is a separate case. So he explained how I could handle it and sent me an email with the information that I needed. Juan was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend him. He won't gouge you.

I highly recommend Mr. Montes and The Tax Problem! I've been doing my taxes with Juan for a few years now, he has always been efficient, friendly and accommodating. He sat down with my new husband and I to help us with our newly joint taxes for future planning. He went above and beyond to listen to us and help us with our goals!
