UPS has gone to last place for my operation. They have a dispatcher that has the truck driving right by here in the early morning but not delivering until on his way back. Typically 6-7pm. That is the same as delivering the following day. I lost $300. In frozen meat and I can’t order meat from that store anymore. I tell all my suppliers to use FedEx or USPS when possible. Sold my UPS stock also.

This ups is not organize, they don’t have a sign outside to let use known they don’t take all Amazon packages for return.

Package I was highly excited and expected to arrive on 4/18 did not arrive. I went to my ups and shows tracking shows “receiver refused, the package appeared to be damaged.” There wasn’t anyone home during this time to “refuse a package that was damaged. Now I’m attempting to come to the store here to get answers and you’re closed for the day. I will try back on Monday and will need to find out your policy on this and get answers as to what happened.

I went to drop off a package at this location. There was two employees hanging outside by their cars. I asked if this was where I drop off packages. One employee told me NO. You need to go to the shopping center a mile up the Road on E. Whitmore St. in Ceres to the UPS store and drop it off there. That made me angry as I had to drive another mile south on Whitmore the same Street and unacceptable for employees to tell us we CANNOT drop off packages. When you're website clearly states we can drop off packages here. ?And yes I was there around, 2:30 PM, when I was told to go to theUPS Store Suite H2908 W. Whitmore Ave.Ceres, CA. 95307

I paid for overnight and truck shows up I guess he couldn't find my package so he takes off I figured he'd circle back around cuz he had to have found it at the end of the day when he was done delivering the rest of the packages I assumed but instead of coming back he just went back to the station and went home now I got to wait till Monday ..... And I will not get refunded for the overnight.. I couldn't afford the overnight but I paid it anyways cuz I needed it today didn't you guys get a raise do better..

I was supposed to get my delivery today. The delivery guy came all the way to my door but nobody answered when he knocked so he took off with my package and marked my package as delivered. I got everything on ring.

Where is my package ups it says it was out for delivery it had a date given and all of the sudden it shows there is no longer a date provided. I live less than 10 minutes from ceres. Who from your people stole it because I'm pretty sure that is what is happening. You don't just show that it's out for delivery on its way and how suspicious it no longer is. Incompetent fraudulent thief's. And don't give me the "your feed back is very important to us" because that's not going to change the situation. The package was a Christmas present. An investigation should be opened against this site.

Customer service is not that great. My items were sent here, and nothing came to my home. A week later, I went myself to find why, and my pkg was damaged and empty. No one called me to notify me. Corp and their centers don't coordinate with each other. I'm still out of my money and any products.

Zero reviews. When the Big sticker fragile is ignored. The box was in UPS hands for Only 2days. The box was probably stepped on as the contents were visible.
