We recently purchased two IMG chairs from Stuart David. These chairs are our second set of the same chairs.... We sold the first set prior to moving out of state... BIG MISTAKE! We loved these chairs...We received the new set of chairs and love them!After receiving these chairs, a couple months later we noticed a small separation in a seam on the fabric.We provided pics to Stuart David and they immediately responded and have set up a home repair to take care of the issue.We have dealt with Stuart David several times in the past and they are by far the best furniture store within a hundred miles! (probably a lot more!) Great customer service and the quality of product they sell is top notch! Much of the furniture is built on their premises. NOT IMPORTED FRIM CHINA!!! Super high quality!!Definitely look at Stuart David for your home furniture and decorating needs. Super friendly staff and their customer service is awesome!!! Compare that to places like Ashley...

For the best custom furniture hands down. And the best part is the customer service. Mark not only sells you your furniture but backs it up too. Had a lift table that was to tall. They remade table lower all at no chargeWho does that these days.. Will be back and recommend to everyone. They make generational furniture because it lasts that long. Well done and thanks for another pleasant buying experience keep up the awesome work.... One more ore thing the 9' tall by 9' wide wall unit we purchased a few years ago is what started this all. We constantly get compliments on it. Not another like it...

Great business with a very helpful staff. The furniture is too quality and built to your specifications. Everything from the type of wood, stain and measurements is made to your needs. They send a CAD drawing to you before building the piece which helped us as i found the original size was to big for my room. I will be going back to them for future furniture needs. The website doesn't do the furniture or experience justice.

We found the perfect furniture store with great customer service & excellent quality. Mark was very helpful in designing the wall bed & kept us updated on the progress. The king size wall bed results were outstanding. The delivery was on time and the crew were professional & the installation was flawless. The ability to custom design the furniture is well worth the time for the build. We could not be happier with our purchase. Many thanks!

Loved this place. We have been looking for a new dining room table,chairs and hutch. Found just what we needed. Like that they make furniture to order. We were able to find a perfect hutch and then had table made to order to match. Also liked the ability to choose any chairs to go with. Not delivered yet but can't wait.

Be careful with this company. They want 50% down and then constantly change the delivery schedule claiming a different story each week. 5 weeks past due (13 weeks so far) and I got another story from them today. The quality appears to be decent but I get the impression they may be short on capital and their suppliers have them on a short leash. When they did a partial delivery to us they asked us to pay the full balance on items we still have not seen. (We only agreed to pay the balance of items that are delivered). Update to original review and response to owners post. I think the problem is a training issue with staff. Promising 8 weeks then turning into 15 is not acceptable. 1. Set realistic expectations. 2. When time lines push, communicate honestly with the customer. (My calling each week and getting a different ETA and excuse is unacceptable as a sustainable business process) I did receive a call from the owner explaining that the person I was talking to was new. The furniture has arrived and other than a small issue on pulls that is being handled ( no pun intended:-) you just cannot beat the quality of their products. Also to note the delivery team is outstanding and give your furniture great care. Top notch employees on that truck!!! I am sorry I had not got back to getting this update done sooner. In the end, if you want real generational quality furniture Stuart David is the place to go. Hopefully my review helps identify the need for better communication and customer service training so that Stuart David thrives in the competitive market and customers like us can find great quality products in the future.

Looking for a solid wood dining room table, we were very happy that we visited SDHF. This establishment will not let you down. Their all wood products exceed expectations. Although you must traverse through colorful neighborhoods to get to their Showroom, you will not be disappointed once you get there. Originally only looking for a table and chairs, we also purchased a desk for our son. All pieces are definitely heirloom quality. Table and chairs have already been delivered. They are gorgeous in our dining room. The desk is being custom made to our specifications and needs. If you're looking for premium quality real wood products, SDHF is the place to go.

This place is a gem. My wife and I spend a good portion of a year looking for an entertainment center for our new home. We had visited probably 2-3 dozen furniture establishments all over Northern California. Visits were made to mom and pop shops, national chains, upscale chains, etc. We also had received quotes on built in entertainment centers. Nothing had clicked for us from a price, dimensions, and finish perspective until we found Stuart David. Aubrey at Stuart David designed for us a custom entertainment center that met all our requirements. She patiently spent almost 3 hours over the course of two days with us on designing our unit. My wife was beaming after the unit was delivered and installed at our home. The unit fit perfect in our space and the finish was excellent. Kudos to Stuart David.
