Even if I’m in the area, I make sure to go all the way across to any other Starbucks because I already know how this specific Starbucks will be rude & with no customer service skills at all.

Waited at the window for 10 minutes for two tall drinks. I asked for a decaf caramel frappe. I have a caffeine sensitivity and my drink was not decaffeinated. I called twice 20 minutes after leaving the drive thru and no one picked up. The cashier at the window spoke too low to be heard so I said what; and she looked at me with irritation and told me my price without any greetings.

I found the seating to be very low or very high. I'm tall so I opted for the bar height stools and table. They were okay I wouldn't call them comfy. Service was great coffee was great.Parking: The parking was fine but getting out of the shopping center and on to a street was difficult. I am new to the shopping center.

If I could describe this Starbucks in one word it would be disgusting. I got a mango dragon Fruit refresher and to my findings there is a disgusting yellow piece in the refresher. I will no longer be going to Starbucks as they do not have clean standards. I thought this Starbucks was new and would be very clean but to my findings it is disgusting. I wasted 6 dollars just to get a drink with a yellow disgusting chunk in it that to me looks like a rotten tooth. Do better Starbucks.

I am a graveyard worker .. so night time coffee is a must... I don't do energy drinks and making your own isn't the same. So to say I come here a lot is an understatement... I always always mobile order ahead and most of the time my coffee is hot and ready for me or done with in a few minutes of coming in... my issue is the food , half the time I order I order food. And 10/10 times I order food it isnt even being prepared and half the time you guys don't even know I have food in my order and start it right in front of me, tonight was one of those nights however you guys still didn't start it until minutes after you guys told me too... it may not seem like a big deal but people mobile order for a reason... I don't mobile order to wait 10-15+ minutes in the store almost every single time.. today I had to leave with out my ham croissant sandwich because you guys have literally put it in the oven 10 minutes after my mobile order should have been ready.. I did not have time to wait anymore and barely clocked in on time today after waiting for nothing .

First off there was a hair in my drink after I had almost finish it how grows.. im pretty easy to please as long as there's no hair in my drink makes me never want to spend money on Starbucks ever again

The service is absolutely terrible. All the employees should be fired. The fact that the managers do nothing about it shows that they perpetuate the problem and they should also be fired. I am contacting corporate but I'm sure nothing will be done. Do not come to this new location.
