“I hate to do this as I agree with all of the negative reviews because, in the past, I've had the same experiences. However, when they truly deserve 5 stars, I give them 5 stars. My delivery was originally scheduled for Monday, then I received a notification it would be delivered 2 days early on Sat. between 1400 and 1800. I became concerned when it said it was out for delivery and then 15 minutes later it was "processing for delivery". I had flashbacks of all the horrendous deliveries I've had in the past (including the driver lying about delivering my package when she didn't and the time I had to literally go to Ceres to get my package), so this time I was getting ready to, once again, drive down to Ceres and get my delivery since it's only 10 miles. And then, all of a sudden, my Ring alerts start going off and the doorbell rings! I know, right, THEY RANG THE DOORBELL! Lo and behold my package arrived an hour and 15 minutes before it was scheduled to arrive. The app still showed it was"preparing to deliver" but then showed "delivered ". Again, I do HATE to give this place 5 stars, but this time they actually deserve it.”
