Doesn't care about the customer, the manager is rude, the establishment is unprofessional and unethical, your money is better spent else where.

This review would have been 3 stars, but they've never been a problem till now. Repair was done well and in the timeframe that was quoted. Customer service was an issue. I've had 7-10 repairs done there at least over the last decade, but this time they had me make an appointment for the estimate. I heard nothing for days. Then I called to ask what was going on and they said I needed to sign to authorize them to order parts (why wasn't that done at the time of the estimate?) They said they would email the paperwork and I could scan and return it....waited a few days and that never happened. I then had to go into the office again to handle the paperwork portion in person. We dropped off the car and the repair was done in the timeframe quoted and at the right price, and done well, I just don't understand why it was so difficult to get the ball rolling in the first place.

Horrible service. Front office is very unprofessional. The owner mumbles cannot understand him. Has been months of back and forth to get my vehicle. Will update once resolved. Until then just wanted to warn others.With that 96k they got in free PPP loan they should spend it on customer service for their whole staff.Services: Oil change

I just had my car repaired by Prestige and I couldn't be happier. It looks like new! In addition, they cleaned the interior so that it also looks like new. The price was reasonable. The staff is friendly and efficient.
