It was an awesome experience of a friend hand a guy who work yesterday with a lady and was about to close a shop was so nice to let me grab my battery over working hours and serve me even better answered all my questions. It would be not fear if you not granted such a nice couple with any of motivation benefits. My pleasure.

Came to O’Reilly because I was having battery issues and Eric checked everything so fast and efficiently. Addressed the issue and even offered with help to install ! Overall great experience! Definitely will come back in the future need be . Thanks Eric ! ☺️

Today I went into O'Reilly with my mom to get a part for her car. When we entered we went to the cashier to ask where the part would be at in the store. The employee by the name of Armando asked us what part we meant because I guess there was more than one part with that name. We tried to explain what we needed it for but he kept making my mom seem like she was d**** We had told him that a friend told us to buy this specific part and when we asked what his recommendation was he had no clue what to tell us. At one point he laughed at her while she was trying to explain what we needed. We ended up leaving to go see what we needed and when we came back he had the audacity to say "do you finally know what you want?" In a snarky tone. We got help from another employee who was extremely nice.
