It was an awesome experience of a friend hand a guy who work yesterday with a lady and was about to close a shop was so nice to let me grab my battery over working hours and serve me even better answered all my questions. Came to O’Reilly because I was having battery issues and Eric checked everything so fast and efficiently. Addressed the issue and even offered with help to install ! Overall great experience! Definitely will come back in the future need be . Thanks Eric ! ☺️
