The gentleman at Mitchell tires and parts are absolutely phenomenal. They take care of all your needs and concerns. They have great prices and their customer service is outstanding. I recommend these guys to everyone - my family - my friends. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.

Never coming back to this place. Alex owner doesn’t take responsibility of his mistakes. He blamed me many time for the mistakes they did. They chipped my bumper and told me it was like that, when 5 days prior I just had a 10,000 paint job. I don’t know how he still has a business if he just argues and denies responsibility. BBB next step if he doesn’t return tex msj. Then small claims court. Very unprofessional and, he treats customers 2nd and himself first. Not good. Before after pics

The guys here are beyond honest, did me right on two of my vehicle's one for headlights. They ended up rewiring because I switched from HID to LEDs. I tried buying the expensive ones because I wanted to go stupid bright. He wouldn't let me, he explained to my projector headlamps and they only allow so much light out it wouldn't matter so I ended up spending 64 instead of 124. Bought a full set of tires mounted and balanced came out to 350 they also do wheel alignments. I'll keep coming here

This shop is horrible, they don't know what they're doing and do shady stuff behind the scenes. No to mention they love to take up half the block with crappy old cars parked wherever they want and think they own the block. Horrible service and shady people. Got a tow truck coming this week to get rid of all their junk cars taking up the street parking.

I took my car ( 350z ) in maybe since the summer of 2022 because it was due for an alignment. I heard a lot of good things about this place until my experience. They had my car for 3 days .. the 3rd day I went to pick it up when it was suppose to be dose in 1 day they had it parked out side and working on a car that had a walk in. I had to pick my car off after hours and it was still not done. I got over that until now every month I have been replacing my tire ever since . When I posted there shop on my socials , many people did warn me about there alignment being bad so people will come back for new tires and how ironic I’d did happen idk if this is there strategy to get customers to come back but I had to buy 4 new tires when I just had them replace brand new last year. Sorry you guys disappointed and overpriced me. Never come here and ignore the instagram reposts you car enthusiasts.

My husband took his car in for new tires. He was given different times for completion by the technicians and the owners. Unfortunately, he was scheduled during their lunch. We understand everyone needs a lunch, but he shouldn’t have been scheduled at that time. My husband also asked the owner if he could check the alignment of his tires. The owner was reluctant and kept trying to get my husband to go back the next day to check the alignment. Finally, the owner said it would be a waste of his time to check for alignment if the tires were fine and there was nothing to fix. At this point, my husband brought up how his time was wasted. I don’t think the owner liked hearing this because he came back and told my husband they were now booked through the next day and for the week and to check back about availability the following week. Based off of other reviews, it seems like this shop has figured out a way to turn customers away. They did a good job of this with my husband and needless to say, he will not be going back. If you choose this place, good luck. I hope they like you and you catch them on a good day.
