Having issues with my phone couldn't call 911 when my mother-in-law was choking. I asked them to give me a new phone since I only purchased the other phone 20 days ago. They tried to charge me another $25 for a replacement. I just bought the phone for $145 dollars. SMHGoing to another company that is able to support a call further than 100 feet from the metro store.....

If I could give a negative review I would. Cell phone store that can't even operate its own computers so how can they help you at all with a cell phone problem.

If I could give this place 0 stars i would, i came into the store to buy a IPhone 7, then they ask us about buying Airpods so we said sure why not, after I purchased what I needed I later found out that these arent ACTUAL AIR PODS! And we paid more then that these fake Air Pods go for! I'm never ever coming back to Metro Again!

Jaqueline the “store manager†is very rude and unprofessional. I feel sorry for her under trained employee Esther. Both of these girls were texting on their phones while providing service to myself and other customers. This place will also charge you with extra fees and they bill them to your account with out your knowledge or consent. I've sent a corporate complaint for this place to be invistigated. And FYI Jacqueline has an area manager that she reports to, she is not the owner. Corporate office is in Modesto on parkway plaza.

Love this store mainly for customer and for this location being really close to home I feel that they totally understand what my needs were and were able to direct me in what phone would best suit my mobile needs also when I had issues with my cell phone that I purchased from them there was a malfunction with the actual motherboard and they were prompt and helping me with getting my replacement phone and helping me out with all the forms and all that and my phone came fairly quickly like within a week's time I got my phone so I was pretty stoked the girls that work there are so helpful and they're fun to be around made my shopping experience two thumbs up.!!!!

Completely awful. This store and its employees just try to over charge you and give the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I went in to get a new phone and a phone plan by Metro PCS and priced everything to be no more than $150. They charged me for all of these extra stuff that I did not know about or was informed. Not fees, but Rhapsody, world wide texting, ringtones, etc. It cost me over $250 and it took them over an hour to set up the phone. I went back to return everything and the employees gave me snotty attitude and took almost two hours to return the phone and packages. There was no body else in the store. The employees were just texting on their phone. I advise everyone to go somewhere else to get your service. Unless you like paying for extras you'll never use. One star rating is being generous.
