Zero rating. I have had this service for 7 years and my phone keeps malfunctioning. I am tired of your service. I want a new phone which I have requested and do not want Metro PCS service. Terrible service and phones

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. I went in today to make a return, which I was told that I could do if needed. I was yelled at and treated horribly by the manager when I tried to do so. She was extremely unprofessional and rude the entire time. I will be calling corporate to report her. Not my fault if employees are giving out false information.

I went to this MetroPCS location 1-12-23 because I had a issue with my account when I walked in I was greeted and then ask what can I help you with I then inform them that I had an issue with my account and that I needed to get it fixed I have been to other Metro stores that didn't help me but the two girls at this Metro we're awesome they help me with all my issues IAM very pleased with this location if you need anyting they're here to help. I wish I got there names so I could send a shot out to them but I hope this helps thank u to the lady's at metro PCS in Ceres CA

Was told they were setting up my phone and in fact only turned it on to where phone calls could be made so I had to sit there for over an hour and try to figure that stuff out myself.

Staff was very helpful and I was able to get in there and get what I needed, the customer that was in front of me was super rude and disrespectful to the staff in here and I applaud them for how they handled and conducted them selfsame ?
