It was one thing after another, and before you know it my car went from slight problems to being a total loss. Pretty sure they ruined my vehicle, but not enough evidence to actually make the claim stick.

This is ridiculous. I brought my car in to tighten up my starter, had the bolt for it, just needed it tightened. . . . $80!Update: 3 stars; they changed and filled all my fluids and also gave her a check-up, that's better. That I can appreciate. Thank you.

I went in to get work done on my driver side front tire. Joe found my passenger tire was dangerous to drive on , so he fixed that as well. He didn't charge me any extra for it even though it was double the work and harder to do because the wheel lock for my car is missing. He is a very nice man and very helpful. Prices are amazing.

This is the worst shop to go to. Went in t to get window regulator and oil leak fixed. I have spent$1000 After leaving shop oil leaking, transmission leaking, radiator leaking, oil and temperature sensors both were not working, transmission was not shifting correctly, and radio messed up on a Spanish radio station. I have made numerous trips and still radiator leaking. I am filling report with Bureau of Auto Repair today. Stay Away from this place!

I am from out of state and I noticed a very loud vibration when I stopped at my hotel for the night. I called and spoke with Joe he told me bring my car by for a look. They were very friendly and honest. Pulled my car right on the lift and had it all fixed in about an hour. Their price was very reasonable and my car is queit again. I would highly recommend this shop. Thanks Joe's Auto Care you guys are awesomeService: General repairs & maintenance

The worst place to get your car fixed brought my car in car was there for 5 days i had to call him every day to see what was going on with my vehicle when i finally got my car back it was not working right at all took it somewhere else to get it diagnosed the other mechanic found tools they had left behind under my hood hammer etc... The mechanic at Joe's also put wrong bolts left loose bolts filter was on incorrectly also had one mechanic working on my car than the next another mechanic working on it seems very unprofessional to me im 500 dollars down the drain and now another 6 taking it to another mechanic i was not gonna risk it and take it back there being as i have my 9 month old daughter in the car with me and anything could've happened by far the worst experience ever.
