This is the worst Home Depot I have ever been to. If I can give it zero stars I would. Customer service is nonexistent! No employees are ever around to help you and when you do find one they have the worst attitude. If you ask for help it's almost like you are bothering them. Completely dismissive of customers and they clearly do not want to do their job. They are quick to run and get their manager though if you hurt their feelings. Our company spends thousands of dollars at this store every month and I can guarantee none of my employees will EVER be back there. Management should really prioritize customer service and hire qualified employees who actually want to work.

My favorite Home Depot Store. I've spent thousands this year alone renovating a fixer upper home. Big shoutout to Sandra in the customer service desk. She has helped with unloading, loading and returns. Talk about a one stop person, Home Depot Ceres should be very proud of having someone like Sandra within their ranks!

Horrible service. I called about a product I knew they would not be getting more of so asked to buy the display I was told no at this time. The Manager Isabella (or something) took my name and number and said as soon as they knew they would not be getting anymore she would call me to let me know so I could buy the display. I've waited and haven't heard anything 4 days maybe. Called today to find out they sold it.

My husband and I went to purchase paint in the Ceres Home Depot paint department. The young man who helped us was nice enough pointing out signs on the counter of the different Behr paint types and the prices basically $10 more for each upgrade. We explained we wanted semi-gloss Behr brand paint at the lowest price point of $28.97 for our bathroom. We stated the price and pointed at the $28.97 paint sign on the counter. He proceeded to make the paint, which only took 5 minutes. We went to check out up front and it rang up $37.98 and we told the clerk that's the wrong price. The clerk called back to the paint department to check and the young man that made the paint told him on the phone that that's the correct price. We then walked all the way back to the paint department to talk to the paint staff in person and he explained it's more for semi-gloss and the price posted reflected the flat paint price. I said but you didn't tell us that when we asked for the $28.97 paint. I asked did you think you should of told us that? He said, "oh it's my bad". That was the extent of the discussion, no apology, just, "It's my bad". So this experience was very disappointing! I think the paint department staff need retrained for sure! I would be very careful picking out your paint at this Home Depot, since the staff are misleading what the actual price is!

Nate was very kind! He noticed that I had been waiting awhile to get assistance so he jumped in to help. The customer service was appreciated.

The three stars are Only for store and the beautiful lilac bush I had found at this location!!! They didn't receive the full 5 stars because I was so uncomfortable by hearing their worker "Patti" yell at this extremely hard of hearing elderly lady. Patti, is old herself but when I say elderly I mean extremely old!!! Her level of professionalism was nowhere to be found. I suffer from PTSD and hearing that type of yelling, put me back into a very uncomfortable situation in public. She needs to be fired. Not long before she was yelling unprofessionally, my husband wanted to exit out the garden area to look at some flowers to plant and she abruptly stopped what she was doing at the register, to which caused a scene to embarrass my husband as of her was going to steal some freaking flowers. Lol smh sad.:.. we have money, lady. Maybe instead of worrying about us in a negative light, instead worry about being personable, professional and customer service skills. The entire experience of purchasing some gorgeous flowers for my yard (which helps keep my anxiety-panic and ptsd at a minimum) was destroyed by this evil and vile witch behavior woman. FIRE HER!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst store to shop at and or work at they do not care about your well-being the associates want to act like they have something better to do than to help their public and nor make their store be a good store the managers don't care about customer service because they let their employees treat their customers like trash and they treat their employees like trash if I could give negative Stars I would this is the worst business ever and I will be taking my business to Lowe's.

This review is ONLY for the interaction we had with an employee named KEN today. We came in to get some lumbar cut and he was extremely friendly and helpful. He suggested a different piece of wood that would better fit our needs as well as made the cuts we asked for. I hope his manager reads this because he should be recognized for his exceptional customer service and his friendly attitude. After going to two other home improvement stores that both had broken lumbar saws, it was a pleasant surprise to find someone so helpful after we both were stressed and irritated. Thank you Ken for being exceptional!

February 2023! Terrible service!!! I ordered a washer online back in December. They did not deliver the washer on the date promised. They postponed it 3 times. It was mid-January when they finally delivered the washer and I was on vacation. I had my nephew receive the order since I was not here when it was finally getting delivered. When I got back from vacation this past weekend I noticed the "graphite steel" of the washer I ordered was different than the "graphite steel" of my dryer. Despite being the same model. One of them is significantly darker. I brought the appliance into Home Depot to return it on 2/4/23. This was the Home Depot listed on my receipt. The customer service girl called a manager to come. The manager said there would be a 15% restocking fee since it was more than 48 hours. I explained to her that the appliance was postponed several times and I literally just saw it since I was on vacation. She said I would have to contact Home Depot because there wasn't anything she could do. I contacted Home Depot online and they said they couldn't return it and I would have to deal with the store. They said the store should be able to return it and could also waive the 15% fee. She said I needed to come to this Home Depot because this was the store listed. I brought the appliance back to this Home Depot again today 2/7/23. The customer service girl also called her manager. This time her manager didn't even want to return it. She said they don't do returns since it's more than 48 hours. She suggested I called Home Depot online again. I've literally been back and forth and no one can seem to help me. It's ridiculous. I would avoid purchasing anything from Home Depot. It's okay for them to postpone their delivery more than a month, but you only have 48 hours to return the item. That makes no sense at all. Do better, Home Depot and train your employees to be more customer service oriented. If you're going to purchase anything I would go with Lowe's or Costco. AVOID HOME DEPOT!!!!!!

I'll try my best to keep this as short as possible. On 2/20/22 I rented a 20" vibratory plate compactor to compact before laying sod and after getting a broken one I was able to get one that works and finish the job the same day and returned it. 219 days later I received the one and only notice in the mail that they never received it stating I never returned it. A final notice on 9/27/22 was sent to me telling me they're taking legal action. I spent over 3hrs at the ceres HD trying to get to the bottom of this, I lucked out by getting the BEST customer service from a guy named Richie that went above and beyond trying to figure it all out and discovered that the same one they claimed was never returned was returned and rented out after I returned it and ended up being put in the junkyard of tools that no longer work. HD took way more $ from my account so the total refund was more than I expected. The issue of not getting the refund that day was right after I returned the tool i had someone steal my identity and charged over $2700 out of my bank account. I had to close that account and of course open a new one and HD can only refund to the same account I used/they charged on. Finally after sitting there with my 2yr old and missing the ability to pick up my other children from school because if I left they wouldn't be able to continue this process and now it's January 2023 w/ no refund in the amount of $500 ceres Home Depot isn't returning my calls and will not let me talk to Richie who helped me in the first place. Im getting the run around and it's BS. I hope someone at this HD reads this and handles it appropriately. Not only am I dealing with this crap I'm battling brain cancer too. Let's see what HD does with this situation.

Horrible service at the rental department especially from some guy named Alex D. Gave us equipment with no instructions or nothing. When we got to the house the machine was extremely dirty and even spilled mud on my floors walls and couch. Don't recommend what's so ever

I ordered a fridge and an employee at Home Depot stole it. Confirmed with customer service that it had arrived and someone took the fridge. No apologies, just told to place a new order. Out of stock and no replacements of the same size. Taking my business elsewhere. Horrible service and employees were unapologetic.

Worst costumer service at this Home Depot store do not have enough parts in stock or worse case don't have nothing at all. I was tying to get some electrical parts and didn't have any. And then I went to retorn part in good shape that I didn't use and they gave the excuse was that the system was down and they couldn't even return cash or credit without a receipt, ridiculous.

Ceres Home Depot. Terrible customer service!! Don't honor posted discounts! All seem to have little or no knowledge about products they sale. Short staff doesn't appear to be the problem as there are many standing around socializing amongst themselves. No commitment to the customer!! Note to self, go to Lowe's!
