gamestop in ceres californa turned in a used 2ds in great condition only got 10$. please dont trade in consoles to gamestop its not worth it just resell. happend alot with me not just one time. i turned in a iphone 13 pro max and only got 75$.

Whoever the man is on shift right now 12/26/2022 at 5:00pm is extremely disrespectful and rude. I had left the store and returned moments later to hear him bad mouthing me to another customer when I was simply standing in line waiting to ask a question. I never once said or did anything rude or disrespectful. I can't believe what I heard when I walked back in, but I assure you that I WILL be calling corporate and complaining. That kind of behavior is not appropriate at all. I will not be returning to this store. I'm extremely dissatisfied.

Easily my favorite GameStop. The people there always give me a decent conversation or opinion on something I'm not sure on. I don't get the feeling selling something is their main goal. Which I can appreciate.
